本实用新型公开了一种三列滚子四点接触式轮毂轴承,包括轴承内圈和轴承外圈,所述的轴承内圈的外侧壁与轴承外圈的内侧壁间形成一滚道,所述的滚道内设有轴承保持架,所述的轴承保持架上设有三列滚子,所述的轴承保持架上的包括两个分部在滚道两侧的分保持架,所述的三列滚子中的两列分别分布在分保持架内,所述的分保持架分别朝向另一分保持架延伸,形成中间夹持部,所述的剩余一列滚子设置在中间夹持部内。本实用新型的轮毂轴承增设了一列滚子,但不增加整个轴承空间,使轮毂轴承的安装与之前一样,使汽车转弯等受到轴向冲击力的情况下,有两列钢球承受载荷,提高了轮毂轴承的额定载荷,额定载荷比原来的两列轮毂轴承提高了20%以上。

本实用新型涉及轴承技术领域,具体涉及一种三列滚子四点接触式轮毂轴承。
背景技术
轮毂轴承是应用于汽车车轴处用来承重和为轮毂的转动提供精确引导的零部件,既承受轴向载荷又承受径向载荷,是汽车载重和转动的重要组成部分。目前现有的轮毂轴承一般包括轴承外圈和轴承内圈,轴承外圈与轴承内圈之间设有滚道,滚道内设有轴承保持架,轴承保持架内设有两列沿轴承轴向分布的滚子。这种轮毂轴承内只有两列滚子,在轴承空间结构有限的情况下,轴承径向和轴向承载能力不能最大优化设计和制造,在汽车转弯等受到轴向冲击力的情况下,只有一列钢球承受,容易使轴承损坏,提前失效。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于:针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种轴承轴向承载能力更强、使用寿命更高的三列滚子四点接触式轮毂轴承。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了以下的技术方案:
一种三列滚子四点接触式轮毂轴承,包括轴承内圈和轴承外圈,所述的轴承内圈的外侧壁与轴承外圈的内侧壁间形成一滚道,所述的滚道内设有轴承保持架,所述的轴承保持架上设有三列滚子,所述的轴承保持架上的包括两个分部在滚道两侧的分保持架,所述的三列滚子中的两列分别分布在分保持架内,所述的分保持架分别朝向另一分保持架延伸,形成中间夹持部,所述的剩余一列滚子设置在中间夹持部内。
作为优选,所述的分保持架内设有分保持槽。采用上述的优选方案后,本实用新型的分保持架的夹持滚子的效果更好。
作为优选,所述的分保持架的分保持槽靠另一分保持架的一侧朝另一分保持架延伸,形成分保持槽延伸端部,所述的分保持槽延伸端部与另一分保持架的分保持槽延伸端部共同形成中间夹持部,所述的中间列的滚子设置于两分保持槽延伸端部之间。采用上述的优选方案后,本实用新型的中间列的滚子无需另外增加轴承保持架,利用滚道旁边两列滚子所在的分保持架延伸形成的中间夹持部夹持,结构更加简单,同时夹持效果更佳。
作为优选,所述的轴承外圈与轴承内圈之间设有骨架密封圈,所述的骨架密封圈分别设置在轴承保持架的两侧。采用上述的优选方案后,本实用新型的轮毂轴承的密封性更好。
本实用新型的轮毂轴承增设了一列滚子,但不增加整个轴承空间,使轮毂轴承的安装与之前一样,使汽车转弯等受到轴向冲击力的情况下,有两列钢球承受载荷,提高了轮毂轴承的额定载荷,额定载荷比原来的两列轮毂轴承提高了20%以上。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2和图3所示,本实用新型的实施例具体是一种三列滚子四点接触式轮毂轴承,包括轴承内圈1和轴承外圈2,轴承外圈2的外侧设有轴承外圈法兰21,轴承内圈1外侧远离轴承外圈法兰21的一侧设有轴承内圈法兰11。轴承内圈1的外侧壁与轴承外圈2的内侧壁间形成一滚道3,滚道3内设有轴承保持架4,轴承保持架4上设有三列滚子5。轴承保持架4上的包括两个分部在滚道3两侧的分保持架41,三列滚子5中的两列分别分布在分保持架41内,分保持架41分别朝向另一分保持架41延伸,形成中间夹持部42,剩余的一列滚子6设置在中间夹持部42内。分保持架41内设有分保持槽411。分保持架41的分保持槽411靠另一分保持架41的一侧朝另一分保持架41延伸,形成分保持槽延伸端部412,分保持槽延伸端部412与另一分保持架41的分保持槽延伸端部412共同形成中间夹持部42,中间列的滚子5设置于两分保持槽延伸端部412之间。轴承外圈2与轴承内圈1之间设有骨架密封圈6,骨架密封圈6分别设置在轴承保持架4的两侧。
本实用新型的三列滚子四点接触式轮毂轴承的工作原理与现有技术的轮毂轴承的工作原理基本相同,不同点在于:本实用新型的轮毂轴承增设了一列滚子5,提高了轮毂轴承的载荷程度。

1.一种三列滚子四点接触式轮毂轴承,包括轴承内圈和轴承外圈,所述的轴承内圈的外侧壁与轴承外圈的内侧壁间形成一滚道,所述的滚道内设有轴承保持架,其特征在于:所述的轴承保持架上设有三列滚子,所述的轴承保持架上的包括两个分部在滚道两侧的分保持架,所述的三列滚子中的两列分别分布在分保持架内,所述的分保持架分别朝向另一分保持架延伸,形成中间夹持部,所述的剩余一列滚子设置在中间夹持部内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三列滚子四点接触式轮毂轴承,其特征在于:所述的分保持架内设有分保持槽。
3.根据权利要求2所述的三列滚子四点接触式轮毂轴承,其特征在于:所述的分保持架的分保持槽靠另一分保持架的一侧朝另一分保持架延伸,形成分保持槽延伸端部,所述的分保持槽延伸端部与另一分保持架的分保持槽延伸端部共同形成中间夹持部,所述的中间列的滚子设置于两分保持槽延伸端部之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的三列滚子四点接触式轮毂轴承,其特征在于:所述的轴承外圈与轴承内圈之间设有骨架密封圈,所述的骨架密封圈分别设置在轴承保持架的两侧。
