如图1所示:一种中压耐火电缆,包括三个带有绝缘1的导体2,所述绝缘为交联聚乙烯绝缘,每个导体和绝缘之间设有导体屏蔽3,每个导体外绕包铜带4;三个导体外依次包有包带、隔氧层5、联锁不锈钢带铠装层6和护套7,三个导体和包带之间设有无机纸填充绳8;所述包带为云母带9和陶瓷性硅橡胶复合带10;所述隔氧层为低烟无卤聚烯烃塑料层;所述护套为低烟无卤聚烯烃塑料护套;每个导体的绝缘和铜带之间设有绝缘屏蔽11。包带采用云母带和陶瓷性硅橡胶复合带,该包带在火焰灼烧下,会释放内部水分子,本身由柔软状态变成陶瓷状物质,形成一层保护壳,可以隔火耐热,在缆芯外挤包一层隔氧层,隔氧层外进行联锁不锈钢带铠装,铠装层外挤包MDPE(中密度聚乙烯),联锁不锈钢带铠装层可以起到优异的防水、防油、防腐蚀功能。
