一种省材幕墙，以解决现有技术存在所需材料繁多，成本高、可靠性不好的问题。包括隔温架、支撑架、隔温材、支撑柱、保护罩、固定横梁、挂卡、固定销和隔热层，其特征是：隔温架由铝和合成材料组成，铝支撑架与合成材料隔温材连成一体，插在支撑柱的C型缺口中；支撑柱外部套着保护罩，非透明幕墙的室内侧装有隔热层；Z型固定横梁两端托在固定于支撑架的挂卡内，固定销固定于横梁和石材的槽口中。采用本实用新型省去非承力墙，使建筑物基础负荷降低，节约材料，使用面积增加，施工周期缩短，大幅度降低建筑成本。

背景技术
现有建筑幕墙是在非承重墙外另行安装的，保温功能主要由非承重墙承担，使得所需材料繁多，成本高、可靠性不好。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于：提供一种省材幕墙，以解决现有技术存在所需材料繁多，成本高、可靠性不好的问题。
达到本实用新型的目的所采取的技术方案是：一种省材幕墙，包括隔温架、支撑架、隔温材、支撑柱、保护罩、固定横梁、挂卡、固定销和隔热层，其特征是：隔温架由铝和合成材料组成，铝支撑架与合成材料隔温材连成一体，插在支撑柱的C型缺口中；支撑柱外部套着保护罩，非透明幕墙的室内侧装有隔热层；Z型固定横梁两端托在固定于支撑架的挂卡内，固定销固定于横梁和石材的槽口中。
隔温架有两个合成材料断热条与铝框组成一体。
本实用新型达到的有益效果是：省去非承力墙，使建筑物基础负荷降低，节约材料，使用面积增加，施工周期缩短，大幅度降低建筑成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明：
参照图1，支撑柱(2)由耐候钢板冷弯制成，其C形缺口内插入合成材料隔温材(3)，并用螺钉(5)紧固。铝制的支撑架(4)滚压夹紧在隔温材(3)的外侧。中空玻璃(16)中间用密封胶(15)密封。内侧用胶条(17)密封，其外层用双面贴胶条(13)和结构胶(19)与隔温架(18)粘在一起。隔温架(18)与两根断热条(14)滚压在一起。隔温架(18)的内边被压片(8)螺钉组件(9)夹紧在支撑架(4)上。PVC扣板(6)卡装在隔温材(3)和支撑架(4)之间。
石材(22)的下边挂于固定横梁(20)的下横边上。石材(22)的长孔中固定着不锈钢固定销(23)，间隙处注云石胶(26)，固定横梁(20)两端的上内边托在不锈钢制挂卡(21)上，挂卡(21)插在支撑架(4)的方孔中，固定横梁(20)的立边用螺钉组件(27)定位。固定横梁(20)的室内侧胶接着隔热层(24)。支撑柱(2)的三边外部套着保护罩(1)，并留有间隙。
铝复合板组件(10)被压片(8)螺钉组件(9)紧固在支撑架(4)上。室内侧同样装有隔热层(24)。发泡棒材(11)、耐候胶(12)填充并密封各外部构件的间隙。
中空玻璃(16)通过隔温架(18)用压片(8)螺钉组件(9)固定在铝横梁(7)的槽口上。自钻螺钉(28)通过工艺孔(29)嵌入支撑柱(2)，固定销(23)插入石材(22)的上下槽口。固定横梁(20)的剖面，示出其形状和挂卡(21)、固定销(23)的位置，托板(25)托住石材(22)的下缘，用于下部没有石材的场合。

1.一种省材幕墙，包括隔温架、支撑架、隔温材、支撑柱、保护罩、固定横梁、挂卡、固定销和隔热层，其特征是：隔温架由铝和合成材料组成，铝支撑架与合成材料隔温材连成一体，插在支撑柱的C型缺口中；支撑柱外部套着保护罩，非透明幕墙的室内侧装有隔热层；Z型固定横梁两端托在固定于支撑架的挂卡内，固定销固定于横梁和石材的槽口中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的省材幕墙其特征是：隔温架有两个合成材料断热条与铝框组成一体。
