油气破泡装置是一种油田井下作业技术，它解决了目前生产中的难题，它是由上接头、破泡器、外管、中间接头、滤管连接而成，破泡器装在外管的一端内，在破泡器的右端有中间接头；中间接头的右端安装着滤管；上接头安装在外管的左端；破泡器为螺旋尖顶结构，并且轴向为尖槽结构；滤管四周均布进液孔；滤管外罩着不锈钢滤网。

油气破泡装置
技术领域：本实用新型涉及一种油田井下作业技术，尤其是油气破泡装置。
      背景技术：油田在生产中，地层下有油、气、油气混合体三种状态，特别是油气混合体，由于气的存在，产生气泡，原油不易分离，抽油效率低下。
     发明内容：本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单，使用方便的油气破泡装置，它解决了目前生产中的难题，它是由上接头、破泡器、外管、中间接头、滤管连接而成，破泡器装在外管的一端内，在破泡器的右端有中间接头；中间接头的右端安装着滤管；上接头安装在外管的左端；破泡器为螺旋尖顶结构，并且轴向为尖槽结构；滤管四周均布进液孔；滤管外罩着不锈钢滤网。
应用方法及好处：破泡装置通过上接头连接于分离器或其他井下工具下方。外管下方连接油管尾管或其他工具。油气混合体通过外管上部的进液孔进入外管内部，油气混合体在破泡器外部下行，由于破泡器为螺旋尖顶结构，使流动混合体产生螺旋运动，从而使气泡向外部运动，在运动过程中大气泡很容易被破泡器的尖锐棱部划破，另外由于破泡器轴向尖槽结构，使得混合液体在向下运动中一直出现运动空间的大小变化，从而出现膨胀压缩，进而加速气泡的破碎。经过破泡的混合体继续下行通过外管与中间接头环空进入滤管与外管环空，滤管四周均布进液孔，滤管外周有不锈钢滤网，经过去除气泡的混合体进入滤管内部，沙粒被阻止在滤网外部，由于重力作用进入尾管。混合体在滤管内部上行通过中间接头内部，进入破泡器内部上行进入上接头，从而进入下一级工具内部，完成破泡过程。

     具体实施方式：实施例1、本实用新型是由上接头1、破泡器2、外管3、中间接头4、滤管5连接而成，破泡器2装在外管3的一端内，在破泡器2的右端有中间接头4；中间接头4的右端安装着滤管5；上接头1安装在外管3的左端。
实施例2、破泡器2为螺旋尖顶结构，并且轴向为尖槽结构。

1.油气破泡装置，它是由上接头（1）、破泡器（2）、外管（3）、中间接头（4）、滤管（5）连接而成，其特征是：破泡器（2）装在外管（3）的一端内，在破泡器（2）的右端有中间接头（4）；中间接头（4）的右端安装着滤管（5）；上接头（1）安装在外管（3）的左端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油气破泡装置，其特征是：破泡器（2）为螺旋尖顶结构，并且轴向为尖槽结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的油气破泡装置，其特征是：滤管（5）四周均布进液孔；滤管（5）外罩着不锈钢滤网。
