Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种管道式混合粉螺旋集料装置，包括至少两个输送管道和混合粉容器，在每个输送管道内匹配套装有螺旋推进轴，螺旋推进轴与动力机构传动连接，输送管道的一端上侧设置进料口，另一端设置出料口，各输送管道的出料口同时与混合粉容器连通。本实用新型在输送管道内设置了螺旋推进轴，通过多个输送管道将不同物料输送至混合粉容器中进行混合搅拌，其结构简单，无需风机协助，而且输送管道的密封性要求不高，降低了制造成本，物料不会出现被卡死现象，提供输送质量，非常利于推广实施。

技术领域：
本实用新型涉及一种粉状物料输送技术，具体涉及一种管道式混合粉螺旋集料装置。
背景技术：
陶粒加工过程中，需要对粉状物料进行传输，目前采用的传输方式是利用风管和风机的结构，依靠负压使粉状物料转移的方式。这种结构存在的问题是，物料颗粒大小不定导致物料运动速度不同，输送不均匀影响输送质量，容易堵塞造成局部气流过小，局部堵塞进一步加大拥堵情况发生，甚至断流，影响正常生产。并且利用负压输送物料的方式，要求输送管道的密封性能非常高，增加了施工难度。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型对目前现有粉状物料被输送时存在的问题和不足，提出一种管道式混合粉螺旋集料装置。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案：一种管道式混合粉螺旋集料装置，包括至少两个输送管道和混合粉容器，在每个输送管道内匹配套装有螺旋推进轴，螺旋推进轴与动力机构传动连接，输送管道的一端上侧设置进料口，另一端设置出料口，各输送管道的出料口同时与混合粉容器连通。
共有三个并列的输送管道，每个输送管道运输不同物料，各输送管道的出料口同时与混合粉容器连通。

具体实施方式：
实施例一：图1和图2中的管道式混合粉螺旋集料装置包括三个输送管道1，每个输送管道1内匹配套装有螺旋推进轴2，螺旋推进轴2与动力机构4传动连接，输送管道1的一端上侧设置进料口3，另一端设置出料口5，各输送管道1的出料口5同时与混合粉容器6连通。
另外，根据混合料情况而定，还可以共有两个或四个并列的输送管道等情况，每个输送管道运输不同物料，各输送管道的出料口同时与混合粉容器连通。

1.一种管道式混合粉螺旋集料装置，包括至少两个输送管道和混合粉容器，其特征是：在每个输送管道内匹配套装有螺旋推进轴，螺旋推进轴与动力机构传动连接，输送管道的一端上侧设置进料口，另一端设置出料口，各输送管道的出料口同时与混合粉容器连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种管道式混合粉螺旋集料装置，其特征是：共有三个并列的输送管道，每个输送管道运输不同物料，各输送管道的出料口同时与混合粉容器连通。
