本实用新型属于烟气管道技术领域,涉及一种排烟管弹性吊架,包括上连接板、下连接板和烟管卡箍,其特征在于,所述的上连接板的下端与一个双头螺纹连杆的上端固定连接,所述的下连接板为折板,分为横板部分和竖直板部分,双头螺纹连杆的下端穿过上垫板、弹性橡胶、下连接板的横板部分和下垫板后通过螺栓固定,在上垫板和下垫板与下连接板的横板部分之间均设置有弹性橡胶;下连接板的竖直板部分与烟管卡箍固定连接。本实用新型有效的平衡了排烟管缩胀变形对吊架的影响,并采用带螺纹的连杆进行连接,安装方便,易于调整和拆卸,并保持了足够的刚度维持吊架的稳定。

技术领域
本实用新型属于烟气管道技术领域,涉及一种管道吊架。
背景技术
通常的排烟管,例如发电机组排烟管,由于排烟温度非常高,通常达到500℃左右,巨大的温差造成排烟管发生很大的缩胀变形,排烟管吊架不仅要承担烟管的重力,而且还要承担烟管由于热膨胀所产生的轴向应力,目前的发电机组排烟管吊架多采用刚性连接,拆卸不便,承受由于烟管热膨胀所产生的轴向力较弱,容易造成烟管吊架发生破坏。
实用新型目的
本实用新型的目的是,提供一种能够承受缩胀变形、安全可靠的排烟管吊架。本实用新型采用如下的技术方案:
一种排烟管弹性吊架,包括上连接板(1)、下连接板(6)和烟管卡箍(7),所述的上连接板(1)的下端与一个双头螺纹连杆(2)的上端固定连接,所述的下连接板为折板,分为横板部分和竖直板部分,双头螺纹连杆(2)的下端穿过上垫板(3)、弹性橡胶(4)、下连接板(6)的横板部分和下垫板(5)后通过螺栓(8)固定,在上垫板(3)和下垫板(5)与下连接板(6)的横板部分之间均设置有弹性橡胶(4);下连接板的竖直板部分与烟管卡箍(7)固定连接。
本实用新型的烟管吊架采用了弹性橡胶材料,有效的平衡了排烟管缩胀变形对吊架的影响,并采用带螺纹的连杆进行连接,安装方便,易于调整和拆卸,并保持了足够的刚度维持吊架的稳定。具体而言,本实用新型的实质特点如下:
(1)在上下垫板之间安装弹性橡胶,减少由于烟管缩胀变形对吊架造成的损坏;
(2)采用螺栓与上连接板连接,易于调整高度和连接;
(3)采用两端带螺纹的连杆进行连接,安装方便,易于调整和拆卸;
(4)与烟管的固定采用两片半圆形卡箍通过螺栓紧固,连接方便,易于维修。

具体实施方式
图1为一组成对使用的发电机组弹性吊架的实施例,两边的吊架通过下部的烟管卡箍7固定到立式排烟管(图中未画出)上。
参见图1-3,每个吊架主要由上连接板1、双头螺纹连杆2、上垫板3、弹性橡胶4、下垫板5、下连接板6和烟管卡箍7组成。上连接板1用于将吊架固定在上部结构梁上,下连接板6为90度角的折板,分为横板和竖直板两个部分,竖直板部分用于与烟管卡箍7连接固定。上垫板3、弹性橡胶4、下垫板5是中间带有开孔的圆环形状。上连接板1的下端与双头螺纹连杆2的上端通过螺栓固定连接,双头螺纹连杆2的下部螺纹穿过上垫板3、弹性橡胶4、下连接板6的横板部分、下垫板5的中间开孔,通过螺栓8固定连接。下连接板6的竖直板部分与一片圆弧状烟管卡箍7通过螺栓连接,圆弧状烟管卡箍7上开有螺栓孔。吊架的两片圆弧状烟管卡箍7通过螺栓固定在烟管上。

1.一种排烟管弹性吊架,包括上连接板(1)、下连接板(6)和烟管卡箍(7),其特征在于,所述的上连接板(1)的下端与一个双头螺纹连杆(2)的上端固定连接,所述的下连接板为折板,分为横板部分和竖直板部分,双头螺纹连杆(2)的下端穿过上垫板(3)、弹性橡胶(4)、下连接板(6)的横板部分和下垫板(5)后通过螺栓(8)固定,在上垫板(3)和下垫板(5)与下连接板(6)的横板部分之间均设置有弹性橡胶(4);下连接板的竖直板部分与烟管卡箍(7)固定连接。
