Abstract
纸基铝塑复合材料,属于复合纸张生产技术领域,解决了现有纸基铝塑复合材料铝层平滑度差,光泽度低,铝箔上有针孔,影响产品保质期的问题,由十二层材料构成,依次为:改性聚乙烯、聚乙烯、油墨层、塑料薄膜、直镀铝层、粘接树脂、纸张、聚乙烯、粘接树脂、铝箔、粘接树脂和改性聚乙烯。本实用新型在纸张和油墨层之间复合了直镀铝层和PET膜,赋予材料印刷面金属质感,提高材料对氧气、水汽的阻隔性能。

技术领域
本实用新型属于复合纸张生产技术领域,特别涉及一种具有光泽性和阻隔性的复合纸张。
背景技术
纸基铝塑复合材料现被广泛应用于液体食品无菌包装,能够赋于包装一定的外形,有效的防漏,阻氧、阻隔水汽,使得内容物在无需冷藏的条件下获得较长的产品保质期。然而,由于现有材料的局限性,导致该类包装的装饰性能较差;且使用的铝箔厚度为6-7微米,产品的阻隔性会因为受到铝箔的针孔影响而缩短产品保质期。
发明内容
为解决现有纸基铝塑复合材料铝层平滑度差,光泽度低,并且铝箔上有针孔,影响产品保质期的问题,本实用新型提供一种纸基铝塑复合材料,其技术方案如下:
纸基铝塑复合材料:
由相互粘合在一起的十二层材料构成,按由外向内的顺序依次为:改性聚乙烯、聚乙烯、油墨层、塑料薄膜、直镀铝层、粘接树脂、纸张、聚乙烯、粘接树脂、铝箔、粘接树脂和改性聚乙烯。
作为本实用新型的优选方案:
所述塑料薄膜为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯或聚丙烯。
本实用新型纸基铝塑复合材料在纸张和油墨层之间复合了直镀铝层和PET膜,其中,直镀铝层可以弥补铝箔自身的针孔带来的透光问题,达到延长内容物保质期的目的,同时,直镀铝层还对印刷图文起到装饰衬底及反射折射光线的作用,赋予材料印刷面金属质感,提高材料印刷面的亮度与光泽度,总体提升包装档次,为高档液体食品无菌包装提供高质感、高光泽的包装解决方案。
PET膜既可增强材料自身对氧气、水汽的阻隔性能,又可以作为直镀铝层的载体,解决了因现有技术中制备得转移纸时,镀铝膜上的铝直接转移到凹凸不平的纸张上,从而带来的铝层平滑度变差,光泽度降低的问题。
上述纸基铝塑复合材料的制备方法包括以下顺序步骤:
步骤1:以塑料薄膜为基材载体,通过真空镀铝工艺制作直镀铝层,制备得镀铝膜;
步骤2:以纸张为基材载体,将制备好的镀铝膜通过湿法复合或挤出复合的方法复合到纸张上,在纸张和镀铝膜之间形成粘接树脂,制备得镀铝复合纸;
上述湿法复合即湿式复合,适用于大面积金属化转移金、银卡纸(喷铝纸)、激光全息转移纸等产品的生产过程中的复合工艺,湿式复合工艺中所使用的湿式复合机由放卷部分、涂布部分、复合部分、干燥部分和收卷部分构成,放卷部分有放纸和放膜(包括光柱膜、镀铝膜、铝箔和转移膜等),涂布部分包括上背涂、上胶水、上色浆、清漆,复合部分是将涂布好胶水的膜与纸张在复合辊的压力下贴合在一起,干燥部分包括烘道和冷凝,烘道在湿式复合机顶部,一般有四到五座烘道,冷凝降温辊在收卷辊前端,最后是收卷部分;
步骤3:镀铝复合纸通过印刷机,在塑料薄膜上印刷图文和图案,塑料薄膜上形成油墨层,制备得半成品纸;
步骤4:通过挤出复合设备,将依次叠放的外PE层、半成品纸、夹层、铝箔和内PE层复合成一体,制备成纸基铝塑复合材料;
其中,外PE层由改性聚乙烯和聚乙烯构成,聚乙烯与半成品纸中的油墨层复合;
夹层由聚乙烯和粘接树脂构成,聚乙烯与半成品纸中的纸张复合,粘接树脂与铝箔复合;
内PE层由粘接树脂和改性聚乙烯构成,粘接树脂与铝箔复合。
上述塑料薄膜为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯或聚丙烯。
传统的镭射转移膜工艺需要在PET基膜上涂布离型层,然后在离型层上模压图案,然后在离型层的模压图案上镀铝,以制备得镭射转移膜;最后还需要将PET基膜撕弃,以制备得镭射转移涂层。
而本实用新型则是以塑料薄膜为基材载体,通过真空镀铝工艺制作直镀铝层,制备得镀铝膜,工艺简单,没有撕弃的废料,工艺成本低。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的纸基铝塑复合材料:
由相互粘合在一起的十二层材料构成,按由外向内的顺序依次为:改性聚乙烯1、聚乙烯2、油墨层3、塑料薄膜4、直镀铝层5、粘接树脂6、纸张7、聚乙烯8、粘接树脂9、铝箔10、粘接树脂11和改性聚乙烯12。
所述塑料薄膜4为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯或聚丙烯。
上述改性聚乙烯1为线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、茂金属线型低密度聚乙烯(MLLDPE)和普通低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)的共混物;
粘接树脂6为自交联型聚乙烯与醋酸乙烯酯高分子聚合乳液共混物;
粘接树脂9为乙烯丙烯酸甲酯;
粘接树脂11为乙烯丙烯酸甲酯;
改性聚乙烯12为线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、茂金属线型低密度聚乙烯(MLLDPE)和普通低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)的共混物。

1.纸基铝塑复合材料,其特征在于:
由相互粘合在一起的十二层材料构成,按由外向内的顺序依次为:改性聚乙烯(1)、聚乙烯(2)、油墨层(3)、塑料薄膜(4)、直镀铝层(5)、粘接树脂(6)、纸张(7)、聚乙烯(8)、粘接树脂(9)、铝箔(10)、粘接树脂(11)和改性聚乙烯(12)。
