本实用新型公开了一种碳刷架组件，用于固定碳刷，该碳刷包括碳刷帽，该碳刷帽设有帽沿，且碳刷帽和碳刷之间设有弹簧，所述碳刷架组件包括碳刷套，该碳刷套的后部设有卡片，同时，碳刷、碳刷帽和弹簧均位于碳刷套内，且卡片弯折后卡在帽沿外侧。本实用新型所具有的优点是：便于更换碳刷。

技术领域
本发明涉及电机配件技术领域，尤其是涉及一种碳刷架组件。
背景技术
电机（包括电动机和发电机）多设有碳刷。通常，碳刷包括碳刷帽，该碳刷帽设有帽沿，且碳刷帽和碳刷之间设有弹簧。这样，实现了碳刷和转子的弹性接触。其缺陷在于：碳刷更换时需要拆除部件较多，较为不便。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的不足，本发明的目的是提供一种碳刷架组件，它用于固定碳刷，具有更换碳刷较为方便的特点。
为了实现上述目的，本发明所采用的技术方案是：碳刷架组件，用于固定碳刷，该碳刷包括碳刷帽，该碳刷帽设有帽沿，且碳刷帽和碳刷之间设有弹簧，所述碳刷架组件包括碳刷套，该碳刷套的后部设有卡片，同时，碳刷、碳刷帽和弹簧均位于碳刷套内，且卡片弯折后卡在帽沿外侧。
所述碳刷架组件包括有支撑架，碳刷套固定于支撑架上。
所述碳刷套和支撑架之间设有隔热板。
采用上述结构后，本发明和现有技术相比所具有的优点是：便于更换碳刷。本发明的碳刷架组件使用时，将碳刷、碳刷帽等部件放置于碳刷套内之后，碳刷套后部的卡片弯折，即可将碳刷、碳刷帽等部件单向限位于碳刷套内。当碳刷磨损需要更换时，只需将卡片向外弯折，即可将碳刷帽取出，进而将碳刷取出，无需拆除任何部件，极为方便。

以下所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例，并不因此而限定本发明的保护范围。
实施例，见图1和图2所示：碳刷40包括碳刷帽41，该碳刷帽41设有帽沿411，且碳刷帽41和碳刷40之间设有金属弹簧42。其中，弹簧42起到弹性支撑碳刷40的作用。该碳刷架组件用于固定碳刷40。具体的，该碳刷架组件包括碳刷套10，该碳刷套10的后部设有卡片11。当然，碳刷套10可以为金属材料制备，其后部侧壁进行裁剪即可形成卡片11，且卡片11能够弯折。此时，碳刷40、碳刷帽41和弹簧42均位于碳刷套10内，且卡片11弯折后卡在帽沿411外侧。这样，碳刷40的另外一端从碳刷套10内穿出和电机转子实现了弹性接触。当需要更换碳刷40时，只需将卡片11向外弯折，即可将碳刷帽41取出，进而将碳刷40取出进行更换，较为方便。
优化的，碳刷架组件还包括有支撑架30，碳刷套10固定于支撑架30上。即，碳刷套10通过支撑架30固定于电机上。这样，便于维修碳刷套10。
进一步，碳刷套10和支撑架30之间设有隔热板20。这样，阻隔了碳刷40的热量向电机的传递。

1.碳刷架组件，用于固定碳刷（40），该碳刷（40）包括碳刷帽（41），该碳刷帽（41）设有帽沿（411），且碳刷帽（41）和碳刷（40）之间设有弹簧（42），其特征在于：所述碳刷架组件包括碳刷套（10），该碳刷套（10）的后部设有卡片（11），同时，碳刷（40）、碳刷帽（41）和弹簧（42）均位于碳刷套（10）内，且卡片（11）弯折后卡在帽沿（411）外侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的碳刷架组件，其特征在于：所述碳刷架组件包括有支撑架（30），碳刷套（10）固定于支撑架（30）上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的碳刷架组件，其特征在于：所述碳刷套（10）和支撑架（30）之间设有隔热板（20）。
