一种玻镁装饰板，属于建筑装饰材料技术领域，所述玻镁装饰板由基材板，胶粘剂层、浸胶纸构成，所述基材板为玻镁平板，浸胶纸为树脂胶粘剂浸渍后的装饰纸，浸胶纸通过三聚氰胺粘接胶胶粘在基材板两面或者单面，其中基材板厚度为5~9mm，本实用新型玻镁装饰板替代木质基材，在防火基材上贴附浸胶纸，不仅节省外观修饰的施工时间，而且制造和施工容易，克服玻镁平板先天材质粗糙施工较为繁琐的缺陷，具有良好防火、防水和防腐蚀性能。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型属于建筑装饰面板技术领域，特别设计一种防火装饰板。
背景技术
目前装饰板材料制造大多以木质基材加饰面纸或油漆饰面，其生产原理是将饰面纸复合在人造板的表面，该种生产工艺所采用的基材都是木质材料，严重缺少材料的防火性、防水性、防腐性、环保性和材质的坚固性。加之木质基材的饰面板规模化生产会消耗大量的林木资源，严重影响到人类的生态发展，目前市场上木质基材的价格不断提升，资源的缺乏会越来越严重，导致木质基材的生产成本不断提高，因此，有必要寻找一种装饰材料的基材替代木质基材。
玻镁板是以镁成型剂、玻璃纤维网格布、填料等为原料，经机械滚压而成，主要用于室内非承重墙和吊顶，以及用于各类装饰板的基板。玻镁板具有材料环保、导热性能好、稳定、抗折强度、抗冲击强度好的特点，已在建筑领域广泛应用，取得良好的社会效果，但是玻镁板装饰性不强，需要设计一种合理结构且提高防火性能以及有效改善玻镁板装饰性的防火装饰板。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术装饰板防火性能差、装饰效果差的缺点，本实用新型提供了一种环保型、防火、防水，防腐蚀性能好、外表美观的玻镁板为基材的装饰板。
为达到以上发明目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种玻镁装饰板，其特征在于：所述玻镁装饰板由基材板，胶粘剂层、浸胶纸构成，所述基材板为玻镁平板，浸胶纸为树脂胶粘剂浸渍后的装饰纸，浸胶纸通过三聚氰胺粘接胶胶粘在基材板两面或者单面，其中基材板厚度为5~9mm。
进一步，为提高本实用新型玻镁装饰板的耐磨性，浸胶纸表面覆盖上一层氟碳漆。
相比现有技术装饰板，本实用新型基材板为玻镁平板，具有耐高温、阻燃、吸声、防震、防虫、、防水防潮、轻质防腐、无毒无味无污染，表面有较好的着色性，强度高、耐弯曲有韧性、可钉、可锯、可粘，装修方便。浸胶纸牢固复合在基材板上，所以饰面板表面可以呈现多种艺术效果尤其可仿真木纹或大理石的纹理效果，且其坚固程度显著地优于以木质人造板为基材的饰面板，更加适宜于在部分对饰面板坚固程度要求较高的场所中使用。因为本实用新型将不同颜色或纹理的纸张经过树脂胶浸渍后敷贴于基材板，可仿制各种图案，色泽鲜明，耐磨耐热性好，表面平滑光洁易于维护。

具体实施方式
参照附图1，进一步说明本实用新型：
本实施例的玻镁装饰板包括基材板1、胶粘剂层2、浸胶纸3构成，其中基材板为玻镁平板，玻镁平板，俗称氧化镁板，是以氧化镁，氯化镁，和水三元体系，经配置和加改性剂而制成的，性能稳定的镁质胶凝材料，以中碱性玻纤网为增强材料，以轻质材料为填充物复合而成的新型不燃性装饰材料。
浸胶纸3为三聚氰胺树脂胶粘剂浸渍后的装饰纸，胶粘剂层2为三聚氰胺粘接胶，浸胶纸3通过三聚氰胺粘接胶胶粘在基材板两面，其中基材板厚度为5mm。
制作本实用新型玻镁装饰板，先将基材板1的表面经过研磨处理，去除表面的粗糙面，提高表面平整度，再可以通过黏性的腻子处理表面。
将三聚氰胺粘接胶涂布于基材板1的表面形成一胶粘剂层2供胶粘浸胶纸3。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1不同是的玻镁装饰板中浸胶纸3通过三聚氰胺粘接胶胶粘在基材板1的单面，浸胶纸3表面覆盖上一层氟碳漆，基材板厚度为9mm。
本实用新型的玻镁装饰板替代木质基材在防火基材上贴附浸胶纸，不仅节省外观修饰的施工时间，而且制造和施工容易，本实用新型装饰板克服玻镁装饰板先天材质粗糙施工较为繁琐的缺陷，因此本实用新型玻镁装饰板具有良好防火、防水和防腐蚀性能。

1.一种玻镁装饰板，其特征在于：所述玻镁装饰板由基材板，胶粘剂层、浸胶纸构成，所述基材板为玻镁平板，浸胶纸为树脂胶粘剂浸渍后的装饰纸，浸胶纸通过三聚氰胺粘接胶胶粘在基材板两面或者单面，其中基材板厚度为5~9mm。
2.如权利要求1所述的玻镁装饰板，其特征在于：浸胶纸表面覆盖上一层氟碳漆。
