Abstract

本实用新型属于密封带材领域，尤其涉及一种胶带。
背景技术
目前，在化工生产中需要使用大量有机试剂和水，排出的废液也具有很高的腐蚀性，生产设备和管道的易腐蚀部位需要涂布防腐层。设备表面被腐蚀或者管道出现滴漏现象需要立即修复时，会影响企业的正常生产。
中国专利CN 102292402A提供了一种防腐蚀处理的方法，其特征在于将具有烯烃聚合物和交联剂层的胶带施用于金属表面，并且加热该胶带，使得所述层熔融，从而形成防腐蚀层。上述胶带在使用时，需要加热至熔融状态，从而在金属表面形成良好的防护层，这种胶带只适合于一些耐热材料的防腐蚀处理，适用范围小。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供一种耐腐蚀胶带，包括卷筒和基层，所述基层在所述卷筒上缠绕固定，所述基层包括PVC涂层、玻璃纤维布层、粘结剂层，所述PVC涂层在所述玻璃纤维布层的上层喷涂固定，所述粘结剂层在所述玻璃纤维布层内表面涂布固定，其特征在于还包括氟硅橡胶层，所述氟硅橡胶层在所述PVC涂层、所述玻璃纤维布层之间硫化涂覆固定。
所述氟硅橡胶层由氟硅橡胶硫化涂覆在所述玻璃纤维布层外表面上，边涂覆边经烘道120℃烘烤而成。
本实用新型的有益效果为：胶带表面添加PVC涂层，增强了对氧化剂、还原剂、酸的抵抗力和防水性能；胶带中添加氟硅橡胶层，具有良好的耐热性、耐油、耐溶剂性能；将胶带粘贴于设备或管道的易腐蚀表面，可延长设备或管道的使用寿命；对于管道滴漏现象起到暂时修复作用，维持正常生产；使用时不需加热，适于一些不耐热材料的防腐蚀处理。本实用新型提供了一种结构简单，使用方便的耐腐蚀胶带。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明：
图中，1-PVC涂层，2-氟硅橡胶层，3-玻璃纤维布层，4-粘结剂层，5-卷筒，6-基层。
实施例
如图1、图2所示，选取厚度为0.1mm的玻璃纤维布作为玻璃纤维布层3，在玻璃纤维布层3外表面上进行氟硅橡胶硫化涂覆1小时，并且边涂覆边经烘道120℃烘烤成厚度为0.1mm的氟硅橡胶层2，在成型的氟硅橡胶层2上喷涂厚度为0.1mm的PVC涂层1，PVC涂层1成型后，收卷，分成5cm宽的长条，在玻璃纤维布层3内表面上涂布0.05mm厚的粘结剂层4形成基层6，将基层6复卷于5cm宽的卷筒5上，形成耐腐蚀胶带。
使用例
剪取一段长10cm的胶带，缠绕在管道滴漏部位，对于滴漏管道起到暂时修复作用。

1.一种耐腐蚀胶带，包括卷筒（5）和基层（6），所述基层（6）在所述卷筒（5）上缠绕固定，所述基层（6）包括PVC涂层（1）、玻璃纤维布层（3）、粘结剂层（4），所述PVC涂层（1）在所述玻璃纤维布层的上层喷涂固定，所述粘结剂层（4）在所述玻璃纤维布层（3）内表面涂布固定，其特征在于还包括氟硅橡胶层（2），所述氟硅橡胶层（2）在所述PVC涂层（1）、所述玻璃纤维布层（3）之间硫化涂覆固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀胶带，其特征在于：所述氟硅橡胶层（2）由氟硅橡胶硫化涂覆在所述玻璃纤维布层（3）外表面上，边涂覆边经烘道120℃烘烤而成。
