背景技术
线切割机在工作的时候通过电极丝通电对需要切割的物件进行切割，切割过程中需要对电极丝进行冷却处理，这就需要使用到冷却液，目前的导轮在运作的时候会使工作液进入到导轮座内，使导轮座内的轴承存于潮湿的工作环境中，这样就容易导致轴承损坏，影响线切割机的工作进度。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有的导轮组件在工作中防水效果差的不足，本实用新型提供了一种防水导轮组件。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种防水导轮组件，包括左导轮座、右导轮座和导轮，所述左导轮座和右导轮座之间设有导轮，所述左导轮座中设有溢水槽，所述溢水槽左侧设有水槽，所述水槽左侧设有挡板，所述导轮上设有叶轮，所述叶轮上设有凸块，所述凸块的数目至少为2个。
本实用新型的有益效果是，这种防水导轮组件其叶轮上的凸块在来回旋转的时候，凸块形成类似风扇的效果，可以将雾状工作液吹散，导轮座内的溢水槽、水槽和挡块能够保证工作不会进入导轮座内部，提高了导轮组件的防水效果，使用效果好。

如图1是本实用新型的结构示意图，一种防水导轮组件，包括左导轮座1、右导轮座2和导轮3，所述左导轮座1和右导轮座2之间设有导轮3，所述左导轮座1中设有溢水槽4，所述溢水槽4左侧设有水槽5，所述水槽5左侧设有挡板6，所述导轮2上设有叶轮7，所述叶轮7上设有凸块8，所述凸块8的数目至少为2个。
这种防水导轮组件在工作的时候，线切割机的电极丝代工导轮3来回旋转，导轮3上叶轮7上的凸块8也随着导轮3来回旋转，凸块8旋转的时候形成类似风扇的效果，可以将雾化后的工作液吹散，避免了工作液进入导轮座内部，即使工作液进入到导轮座，工作液也会存在水槽5内，溢水槽4的水平高度较低，这样工作液就会从溢水槽4中流出，避免工作液进入到导轮座内部，影响安装在导轮座内部的轴承，提高了导轮组件的防水效果。

1.一种防水导轮组件，包括左导轮座（1）、右导轮座（2）和导轮（3），所述左导轮座（1）和右导轮座（2）之间设有导轮（3），其特征是，所述左导轮座（1）中设有溢水槽（4），所述溢水槽（4）左侧设有水槽（5），所述水槽（5）左侧设有挡板（6），所述导轮（2）上设有叶轮（7），所述叶轮（7）上设有凸块（8）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水导轮组件，其特征是，所述凸块（8）的数目至少为2个。
