技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种改性沥青防水卷材,特别涉及一种复合耐根穿刺改性沥青防水卷材。
背景技术
随着现代建筑技术及新型建筑材料技术的普及和发展,建筑工程领域对防水材料的需求越来越大,对品质要求也越来越高,同时也为新型防水卷材的推广应用提供了广阔的空间。近几年的发展,解决城市“热岛效应”和“环境保护”的需要绿色种植屋面正在逐步兴起。但是一般的建筑防水材料难已抵抗植物根系的穿刺(植物根系的向地性引起)。目前市场上的耐根穿刺防水卷材主要是添加了阻根剂的改性沥青防水卷材(如:申 请 号02274909.8的 一种改性沥青抗根防水卷材),但是该类材料仅能满足轻型种植屋面绿化工程的耐植物根穿刺要求,无法满足重型种植屋面绿化工程的耐植物根穿刺要求。因此急需开发一种高性能的耐根穿刺改性沥青防水卷材来满足重型种植屋面绿化工程的耐植物根穿刺要求,否则将会严重制约种植屋面技术发展。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的上述缺陷,提供一种复合耐根穿刺改性沥青防水卷材,具有抗老化性能好、尺寸稳定性好、抗拉强度高等物理和化学双重阻根特性。
其技术方案是:包括化学耐根穿刺改性沥青层、物理阻根增强层和防粘层,所述的物理阻根增强层位于化学耐根穿刺改性沥青层之间,防粘层附在化学耐根穿刺改性沥青层的外侧。
上述的物理阻根增强层采用铜离子聚酯复合胎。
上述的防粘层采用聚乙烯膜或矿物颗粒。
本实用新型的有益效果是:该材料能的抗老化性能,尺寸稳定性,抗拉强度及物理和化学双重阻根性能均能满足重型种植屋面绿化工程的耐植物根穿刺性能要求。从而确保了重型种植屋面防水系统的可靠性,具有显著的经济和社会效益。

本实用新型包括化学耐根穿刺改性沥青层1、物理阻根增强层2和防粘层3,所述的物理阻根增强层2位于化学耐根穿刺改性沥青层1之间,物理阻根增强层2采用铜离子聚酯复合胎充任;防粘层3采用聚乙烯膜或矿物颗粒充任,防粘层3附在化学耐根穿刺改性沥青层1的外侧。
具有抗老化性能好,尺寸稳定性好,抗拉强度高,物理和化学双重阻根特性,施工方便快捷等特点,适用于种植顶板和种植屋面等绿化工程的防水系统。

1.一种复合耐根穿刺改性沥青防水卷材,其特征是:包括化学耐根穿刺改性沥青层(1)、物理阻根增强层(2)和防粘层(3),所述的物理阻根增强层(2)位于化学耐根穿刺改性沥青层(1)之间,防粘层(3)附在化学耐根穿刺改性沥青层(1)的外侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合耐根穿刺改性沥青防水卷材,其特征是:所述的物理阻根增强层(2)采用铜离子聚酯复合胎。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合耐根穿刺改性沥青防水卷材,其特征是:所述的防粘层(3)采用聚乙烯膜或矿物颗粒。
