本实用新型涉及一种微灌灌水器的改进,具体说是一种内镶贴片式灌水器。
背景技术
目前国内、外生产滴灌带所需的贴片,全部采用注塑机注射成型,这种灌水器由板体、迷宫式流道、进水口,出水口构成,板体上设有迷宫式流道,迷宫式流道的一端设有进水口,另一端设有出水口,其不足之处在于:模具结构设计复杂,进水口易产生飞边而造成流量不均,在注射过程中产生大量的下脚料。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、加工容易、节约材料,侧进水口的一种内镶贴片式灌水器。
为了达到以上目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:该内镶贴片式灌水器,由进水口、迷宫式流道、出水槽和板体构成,其特征在于:在板体的上面板的中部设有出水槽,在出水槽两侧的板体上面板上分别设有迷宫式流道,迷宫式流道的内端部与出水槽相连通,迷宫式流道的外端部设有进水口,两个迷宫式流道的进水口分别位于板体的两侧边沿处。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:灌水器的进水口在板体的两侧,可采用挤出法生产,以解决因注塑法而产生的模具结构设计复杂、材料浪费及生产工艺复杂的问题。

具体实施方式
参照附图1制作本实用新型。该内镶贴片式灌水器,由进水口1、迷宫式流道2、出水槽3和板体4构成,其特征在于:在板体4的上面板的中部设有出水槽3,在出水槽3两侧的板体4上面板上分别设有迷宫式流道2,迷宫式流道2的内端部与出水槽3相连通,迷宫式流道2的外端部设有进水口1,两个迷宫式流道2的进水口1分别位于板体4的两侧边沿处。这样,水分别从板体4的两侧的进水口1进入迷宫式流道2内,最后流到一个出水槽3内集中流出。
    在生产本实用新型时,由挤出机挤出塑料条,进入依据本实用新型制作的模具,经压制、冷却、输送后,既可用于内镶贴片式滴灌带的生产。

1.内镶贴片式灌水器,由进水口(1)、迷宫式流道(2)、出水槽(3)和板体(4)构成,其特征在于:在板体(4)的上面板的中部设有出水槽(3),在出水槽(3)两侧的板体(4)上面板上分别设有迷宫式流道(2),迷宫式流道(2)的内端部与出水槽(3)相连通,迷宫式流道(2)的外端部设有进水口(1),两个迷宫式流道(2)的进水口(1)分别位于板体(4)的两侧边沿处。
