本实用新型涉及一种LED光源散热智能控制装置。
背景技术
现有技术中，随着LED技术的迅速发展，LED光源在社会各个领域得到广泛应用。但是，LED的大功率、高发热量等特点却制约着LED的使用。当前普遍采用金属散热体进行散热，其散热能力明显不足。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种LED光源散热智能控制装置，用以解决现有LED散热方式中热能不能及时传导的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：LED光源散热智能控制装置，包括MCU、温度传感器和散热风扇；温度传感器、散热风扇分别与MCU连接。
作为优选，温度传感器通过1-Wire总线与MCU连接。
作为优选，散热风扇通过4线风扇接口与MCU连接；4线风扇接口分别为电源线、地线、PWM、FG。
作为优选，散热风扇为高速散热风扇。
作为优选，温度传感器型号为DS18B20。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
采用MCU连接温度传感器检测温度，根据实际温度值实时调整散热风扇转速，在满足散热需求的情况下，可达到节能目的。MCU同时可检测风扇实际转速，用以确定风扇运行状态。

具体实施方式
图1是一种LED光源散热智能控制装置，由MCU(微控制器或单片机)、温度传感器和高速散热风扇组成。
其中：
温度传感器型号为DS18B20，其通过1-Wire总线与MCU连接。
高速散热风扇通过4线风扇接口与MCU连接。4线风扇接口分别为电源线、地线、PWM、FG。
在本实施例中，MCU同时连接6个温度传感器和6个高速散热风扇。
安装时，将温度传感器装和高速散热风扇安装在LED光源灯管的一侧，并通过MCU完成温度检测和风扇转速控制。
本实施例以MCU为核心，对整机进行控制。
MCU通过温度传感器检测温度并根据实际温度值，通过PWM实时调整散热风扇转速，在满足散热需求的情况下，可达到节能目的。
MCU可检测风扇实际转速，用以确定风扇运行状态。

2.根据权利要求1所述的LED光源散热智能控制装置，其特征在于：所述温度传感器通过1-Wire总线与MCU连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的LED光源散热智能控制装置，其特征在于：所述散热风扇通过4线风扇接口与MCU连接；所述4线风扇接口分别为电源线、地线、PWM、FG。
4.根据权利要求3所述的LED光源散热智能控制装置，其特征在于：所述散热风扇为高速散热风扇。
5.根据权利要求4所述的LED光源散热智能控制装置，其特征在于：所述温度传感器型号为DS18B20。
