背景技术
卡箍蝶阀是一种用于消防、给排水、通风、石油、化工、医药、钢铁等管路上作为截断或调节之用的阀门,其一般由阀体和阀板构成,在阀板上具备一转轴,阀板转轴安装于阀体阀柱的转轴孔内,转轴的一端自阀体的转轴孔向外伸出,且由一驱动装置控制阀板旋转,从而控制蝶阀的开闭。这种蝶阀通过卡箍将阀体和管道上的卡箍槽连接起来,安装到管道上。这种蝶阀的阀体内腔一般为直通式,与阀板形成柱形密封,蝶阀阀体与阀板的装配困难,使用过程中由于靠阀板包裹的橡胶压缩密封,容易造成阀门操作力矩过大、阀板磨损,只能保证低压密封效果。

一种卡箍蝶阀阀体,阀体内腔上下分别设置阀柱的转轴孔,所述阀体内腔与阀板配合的内周面的两个周边为凸台,所述内周面与两个凸台周边形成弧型密封面,所述弧型密封面与阀柱的转轴孔相交的位置设置加宽凸台。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是: 
本实用新型的卡箍蝶阀阀体由于将阀体内腔与阀板配合处的内周面两边做成凸台并加工成弧面,在装配时,用专用的阀板装配工装将阀板装入弧型密封带内,旋转使阀体端部与阀板端部配合,装配更加简单、方便,由于是弧面密封,密封面配合更好,降低阀门的操作力矩,弧面密封越关越紧的特性,使得阀门的密封性能更好,双向承压能力高,零泄漏,使用寿命长。

如图1-3所示,本实用新型阀体1内腔上下分别设置阀柱的转轴孔3,所述阀体1内腔与阀板配合的内周面的两个周边为凸台2,所述内周面与两个凸台周边形成弧型密封面4,所述弧型密封面与阀柱的转轴孔相交的位置设置加宽凸台5。
    本实用新型的卡箍蝶阀阀体由于将阀体内腔与阀板配合处的内周面两边做成凸台并加工成弧面,在装配时,用专用的阀板装配工装将阀板装入弧型密封带内,旋转使阀体端部与阀板端部配合,装配更加简单、方便。弧型密封面与阀柱的转轴孔相交的位置设置的加宽凸台可以进一步限制装配后的阀板横向移动,使得阀门的密封性能更好,双向承压能力高,零泄漏。
