本实用新型公开了一种铝钛镁合金点穴轴瓦，包括钢背材料层(1)，铝钛镁合金层(2)，铝钛镁合金层(2)上有激光点穴凹坑层(3)；铝钛镁合金层(2)厚度为0.25～2.05mm；激光点穴凹坑层(3)的凹坑外圆直径为0.005～0.022mm，凹坑深度为0.005～0.022mm，凹坑密度为3/mm2。由于铝钛镁合金点穴轴瓦采用了新型合金材料制造，使得轴瓦内圆与轴径的接触面积由原来的80％降低到43％左右，提高了轴瓦内圆表面的线滑动速度，消除了发动机在启动时因缺少润滑油而产生的轴瓦内表面与轴径之间的干摩擦，延长了使用寿面，启动时不烧瓦、使用中不抱轴、不用电镀，完全环保。

本实用新型涉及一种发动机用铝钛镁合金点穴轴瓦。
背景技术
现有汽车发动机使用的铜铅合金轴瓦，虽有较好的承载能力，但其轴瓦表面必须通过增加表面电镀的办法加以弥补，才能满足目前发动机的性能要求，由此导致成本偏高和环境污染，伴随大功率、高转速、高性能、低排放发动机的研发，其产品已无法满足未来动力的技术需求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型解决的技术问题是：提供一种铝钛镁合金点穴轴瓦，采用激光点穴技术，代替原来的用电镀层在轴瓦内圆制造的微软层，在轴瓦内表面制成一层凹坑微软层，从而提高了轴瓦内圆表面的承载能力、线滑动速度和使用寿命。
本实用新型采取的技术方案是：该铝钛镁合金点穴轴瓦包括钢背材料层，铝钛镁合金层，在铝钛镁合金层上有激光点穴凹坑层；
进一步，铝钛镁合金层厚度为0.25～2.05mm；
进一步，铝钛镁合金点穴轴瓦的激光点穴凹坑层的凹坑外圆直径为0.005～0.022mm，凹坑深度为0.005～0.022mm，凹坑密度为3/mm；
进一步，铝钛镁合金点穴轴瓦包括曲轴轴瓦、连杆轴瓦、凸轮轴轴瓦和平衡轴瓦。
本实用新型达到的技术效果是：本发动机用铝钛镁合金点穴轴瓦，采用了新型合金材料制造，使得轴瓦内圆与轴径的接触面积由原来的80％降低到43％左右，提高了轴瓦内圆表面的线滑动速度，消除了发动机在启动时因缺少润滑油而产生的轴瓦内表面与轴径之间的干摩擦，延长了使用寿面，降低了对机油压力的要求，启动时不烧瓦、使用中不抱轴、不用电镀，完全环保，为大功率、高转速、高性能、低排放发动机的研发提供可靠的轴瓦保障。

根据图1至图6所示，该铝钛镁合金点穴轴瓦包括钢背材料层1，铝钛镁合金层2，在铝钛镁合金层2上有激光点穴凹坑层3；铝钛镁合金层2厚度为0.25～2.05mm；在轴瓦与轴径相配合的轴瓦内表面加工激光点穴0.005～0.022mm凹坑，激光点穴凹坑层3的凹坑外圆直径为0.005～0.022mm，凹坑深度为0.005～0.022mm，凹坑密度为3/mm，加工凹坑后的铝钛镁合金轴瓦内圆表面不需要再做表面处理；铝钛镁台金点穴轴瓦包括曲轴轴瓦、连杆轴瓦、凸轮轴轴瓦和平衡轴瓦。
铝钛镁合金点穴轴瓦的钢背材料采用优质低碳钢(HFST37/38-26/3G)，合金材料采用铝钛镁合金(铝钛镁合金材料：Ti为8～13％、Mg为4～6％、Sn为3～5％、Zn为1～2.5％、Si为0.5～1.8、Al余量)制造，其合金表面不但有良好的线滑动速度，而且具有较高的承载载荷。
铝钛镁合金点穴轴瓦的加工工艺步骤如下：毛坯检查→领料→下片料→冲钢印→冲弯整形→粗拉对口→车两端面及倒内外角→冲油孔→车油槽→冲定位唇→拉对口平面及倒对口内角→去毛刺→抛光→精镗内圆→激光点穴加工→精去毛刺→剩磁处理→外观检验→壁厚检验→成品检验→清洗→浸油防锈→配组及包装，最终将AlTi10Mg5高温烧结或轧压在HFST37/38-26/3G上，AlTi10Mg5厚度为0.25～2.05mm。
本实用新型的铝钛镁合金点穴轴瓦主要用于航空发动机、军舰发动机、重型汽车发动机、大型工程机械等。随着对发动机排放不断降低要求的标准出台，本发明的铝钛镁合金点穴轴瓦可满足高增压、大扭矩、高转速、低排放发动机的技术要求。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的铝钛镁合金点穴轴瓦，其特征在于，所述的激光点穴凹坑层(3)的凹坑外圆直径为0.005～0.022mm，凹坑深度为0.005～0.022mm，凹坑密度为3/mm2。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的铝钛镁合金点穴轴瓦，其特征在于，所述的铝钛镁合金点穴轴瓦包括曲轴轴瓦、连杆轴瓦、凸轮轴轴瓦和平衡轴瓦。
