坯料在三向不均匀压应力作用下，从模具的孔口或缝隙挤出使之横截面积减小长度增加，成为所需制品的加工方法叫挤压，坯料的这种加工叫挤压成型。挤压成型的模具结构设计过于复杂，从而增加了制造成本，不适于广泛应用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种分离式坯料成型模具的成型上模，结构设计简单，保证了坯料成型效果良好，提高了产品的成形效率。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
一种分离式坯料成型模具的成型上模，包括有上模固定板，上模固定板的上端固定安装有模柄，上模板固定板的下端固定安装有成型上模，成型上模的下端面上开有杯形凹腔，成型上模上开有T形卡槽，T形卡槽内匹配有T形螺栓，T形螺栓的上端与上模固定板螺纹连接。
所述的杯形凹腔的上端边缘具有圆倒角。
本实用新型的成型上模、成型下模分别具有槽型型腔，槽型型腔构成坯料的外形，结构设计简单，保证了坯料成型效果良好，提高了产品的成形效率。

1.一种分离式坯料成型模具的成型上模，包括有上模固定板，其特征在于：上模固定板的上端固定安装有模柄，上模板固定板的下端固定安装有成型上模，成型上模的下端面上开有杯形凹腔，成型上模上开有T形卡槽，T形卡槽内匹配有T形螺栓，T形螺栓的上端与上模固定板螺纹连接。
