背景技术
射频导纳料位开关是将一高频率无线电波施加在探头上,当物料位置发生变化,仪表的探头和容器壁以及被测物料形成的导纳值相应发生变化,这一变化被电路检测后通过仪表内的分析处理单元进行连续分析,确定周围环境(物位)的变化,并转换成相关的输出信号供远程控制或报警使用。传统射频导纳料位开关为单电极,广泛用于导电介质测量控制,存在对于低介电常数(非导电) 介质测量不理想的缺陷,带来测量误差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是:提供一种双探头射频导纳料位开关,双探头设计,满足低介电常数(非导电) 介质测量需求。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:射频导纳料位开关包括主探头和辅助探头,在支架上间隔距离安装主探头和辅助探头。
其中,主探头和辅助探头的距离≤19mm。
因为两探头间的距离与电容量的变化量成反比,辅助探头增加了电容量的变化量,实践得知,两探头间的距离越小电容量的变化量越大,从而灵敏度及可靠性越高,测量精度就越高。
本实用新型结构简单,采用双探头增加电容量的变化量,提高对低介电常数介质的测量精度,扩大产品应用范围。
