Abstract

本申请涉及一种信标灯,利用基台(15)来支撑内置有LED光源部(12)的灯体(13),将来自LED光源部(12)的射出光经由棱镜(19)而从投光射出部(22)射出到外部。加热器(25)使冰雪融化,所述冰雪附着于投光射出部(22)且对通过投光射出部(22)的光的射出造成妨碍,灯体(13)内所设的热发电模块(26)对加热器(25)供给电力。加热器的电力是从灯体内的热发电模块进行供给,因此能够不依赖于主电源,即恒电流电源等光源用的电源,而供给加热器的电力,从而容易进行对加热器的配线安装。

信标灯
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种埋入到机场上的跑道或滑行道或者道路内以显示通行划分等的埋入型信标灯或地面型信标灯等的信标灯。 
背景技术
例如,被埋入到机场上的跑道或滑行道或者道路内的埋入型信标灯,必须向跑道上射出规定的射出光,以确保飞机的安全。例如,一旦有冰雪附着于埋入型信标灯的投光窗且该冰雪未融解,将无法从投光窗射出规定的射出光。地面型的信标灯也同样如此。 
如果这些信标灯的光源为电灯泡,则能够通过电灯泡的发热来使附着于信标灯的投光窗的冰雪融解,但如果光源是发光二极管(Light Emitting Diode,LED),则由于LED的发热比电灯泡的发热少,因此难以容易地融解附着于投光窗的冰雪。 
因此,考虑以机械方式去除附着于投光窗的冰雪。例如,为了确保飞机的安全,利用除雪车来去除跑道上的雪,因此考虑也同时对设置在跑道上的埋入型信标灯的投光窗进行除雪。在借助除雪车进行除雪时,会使用棱镜保护装置(prism guard)来保护投光窗的棱镜,以避免埋入型信标灯的投光窗因除雪车的除雪刀而受到损伤。有时会由于起因于该棱镜保护装置的遮光而导致配光特性发生恶化,但提出有改善该问题的技术。(例如参照专利文献1)。 
但是,在专利文献1的技术中,如果不定期借助除雪车来进行除雪,则会保持冰雪附着于投光窗的状态,有时射出光会被该附着的冰雪遮挡而无法获得规定的射出光。

实用新型内容
为了解决该问题,考虑通过来自加热器(heater)的热来使附着于投光窗的冰雪融解。但是,在设有加热器时,如果从对LED进行点灯的主电源即恒电流源来供给加热器的电源,则将在加热器中消耗电力,不仅无法实现省电化,而且会因加热器的开关(ON/OFF)导致主电源即恒电流电源的容量有所增减。因此,无法作为信标灯而获得规定的光输出,因而不佳。如果对加热器的电源另行采用电源,则另行需要用于加热器的配线。而且,对于埋入型信标灯而言,被飞机等碾踏等来自外部的负载大,因而在埋入型信标灯的外部设置加热器的做法并不佳,因此加热器的配线或加热器的安装变得困难。 
本实用新型提出一种信标灯,其特征在于包括灯体、投光射出部、加热器以及热发电模块。灯体内置有发光二极管光源部。投光射出部使来自所述发光二极管光源部的射出光射出至外部。加热器用于使冰雪融化,所述冰雪附着于所述投光射出部且对来自所述投光射出部的射出光造成妨碍。热发电模块对所述加热器供给电力。 
根据本实用新型的一实施例所述,在所述信标灯中,所述灯体包含上部灯体以及下部灯体,所述发光二极管光源部以及所述热发电模块被安装于所述上部灯体。 
根据本实用新型的一实施例所述,在所述信标灯中,所述投光射出部包括棱镜以及导光槽。导光槽经由所述棱镜而将来自所述发光二极管光源部的射出光射出到外部。 
根据本实用新型的一实施例所述,在所述信标灯中,所述棱镜是一体地形成为环状以供多个导光槽用。 
根据本实用新型的一实施例所述,在所述信标灯中,所述加热器与所述热发电模块在所述灯体内通过导体配线而连接。 
根据本实用新型的一实施例所述,在所述信标灯中,所述热发电模块热结合于所述灯体以及所述发光二极管光源部,以利用所述灯体的外部温度与所述发光二极管光源部的温度的温差来发电。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的实施方式的信标灯包括:灯体,内置有LED光源部;投光射出部,将来自所述LED光源部的射出光射出到外部;加热器,用于使冰雪融化,所述冰雪附着于所述投光射出部且对来自所述投光射出部的射出光造成妨碍;以及热发电模块,对所述加热器供给电力。在本实用新型的实例中,只要未特别言及,则各结构如下。信标灯在用于机场时,例如可构成为跑道中心线灯、滑行道中心线灯以及停止线灯、地面型信标灯等。而且,作为道路用,可适合于期望的用途,例如叉路口信标灯等。 
以下,对本实用新型的实施方式进行说明。图1是本实用新型的实施方式的信标灯的平面图,图2是本实用新型的实施方式的信标灯的剖视图。在图1以及图2中,示出了信标灯为埋入型信标灯的情况。 
埋入型信标灯11是将内置有LED光源部12的灯体13经由调整环(ring)14安装于基台15而构成。基台15形成在机场的跑道或道路的路中,调整环14利用螺栓(bolt)16而安装于该基台15的上部。调整环 14是对灯体13的设置方向进行调整。并且,灯体13利用螺母(nut)17而安装于该调整环14的上部。 
另外,灯体13以与机场的跑道或道路的路面大致成同一平面的方式,而与基台15以及调整环14一同埋入路中。 
灯体13包含上部灯体13a以及下部灯体13b,在由上部灯体13a和下部灯体13b形成的内部空间内配置有LED光源部12。上部灯体13a是对高强度金属例如铝(Al)进行铸造而形成,下部灯体13b例如是由铝制的压铸件(die cast)而形成。 
在本实施方式中,灯体13包含上部灯体13a以及下部灯体13b,但只要能够形成内部空间以在该内部空间内配设LED光源18(发光二极管),便不限于此,任何结构皆可。 
LED光源部12将LED18作为光源,来自LED18的光透过棱镜19并通过导光槽20而射出至跑道或道路等。棱镜19的前端部为投光窗21。以下,将投光窗21以及导光槽20的部分,即,将使来自LED光源部12的射出光经由棱镜19从投光窗21通过导光槽20而射出至外部为止的部分称作投光射出部22。 
棱镜19包含至少可见光可透过的强化玻璃(glass),剖面具有大致梯形状的部分,且该棱镜19以斜面与投光窗21成平行的方式而配置。因此,来自LED光源部12的射出光由棱镜19改变行进方向,从而以固定的角度射出到外部。 
另外,棱镜19既可对应于多个导光槽20的每一个而形成,而且也可由多个导光槽20共用呈环状的一体形状的棱镜19。导光槽20对将来自LED光源部12的射出光射出至外部的方向进行引导。 
另一方面,在下部灯体13b中设有中继端子23,该中继端子23用于在将灯体13安装于调整环14时电性连接LED光源部12的LED18,而且,在基台15内设有用于对中继端子23供给电源的插头(plug)24。该插头24连接于用于向基台15的内部导入电源的外部端子。 
而且,在灯体13内部的投光射出部22的下部,设有加热器25。之所以将加热器25设于投光射出部22的下部,是为了使冰雪融化,所述冰雪会对通过投光射出部22的光的射出造成妨碍。从热发电模块26将 电力经由导体配线而供给至加热器25。 
由于该加热器25是设置在投光射出部22的下部,因此能够在灯体13的内部设置加热器25。因而,不会被飞机等碾踏,而能够有效地避免冰雪附着于投光窗21。 
本实例中,示出了加热器25设置在投光射出部22的下部的例子,但当然也可视周围温度或加热器能力,而配置在投光射出部22的周围,所述投光射出部22的周围包括投光射出部22的左右等而不限于下部。另外,所谓投光射出部22的下部,是指与下述部分对应的灯体内部的任一处位置,该部分是将来自LED光源部12的射出光经由棱镜19通过导光槽20而射出至外部的部分。 
加热器25只要是当供给电力时会发热的发热体即可。例如,该加热器25由镍-铬、铜-镍等的材料所形成。而且,热发电模块26为热电偶,是指利用两种不同的金属或半导体将两点接合而形成,且在将两个接点保持为不同的温度时会产生电动势的构件。 
即,热发电模块26热结合于灯体13以及LED光源部12,以利用灯体13的外部温度与LED光源部12的温度的温差来发电。 
所谓灯体13的外部温度,是指从灯体13曝露于外部空气的部分传热的温度,所谓LED光源部12的温度,是指来自LED18的发热所传热的部分的温度。 
热发电模块26配置在灯体13内,且以热发电模块26的一端接触上部灯体13a而另一端接触LED光源部12的侧面的方式而配置。上部灯体13a的外侧曝露于外部温度下,上部灯体13a由导热率佳的金属(例如铝)所形成,因此热发电模块26的一端成为与灯体13的外部温度近似的温度。另一方面,LED光源部12的侧面对来自LED18的发热进行传热,因此热发电模块26的另一端成为与LED温度近似的温度。因而,热发电模块26利用灯体13的外部温度与LED光源部12的温度的温差来发电。 
因此,在降雪时等信标灯的温差越高时,对加热器供给的电流越增加,融化冰雪的能力越增加,因此能够有效地避免冰雪附着于投光窗。 
这样,在本实用新型的实施方式中,采用了下述结构,即,将加热 器25配置于灯体13的投光射出部22的下部,使来自加热器25的热传递至投光窗21前表面的导光槽20,因此能够有效地融化冰雪,所述冰雪会对通过投光射出部22的光的射出造成妨碍。而且,加热器25的电力是从灯体13内的热发电模块26进行供给,因此能够不依赖于主电源,即恒电流电源等光源用的电源,而供给加热器25的电力,从而容易进行对加热器25的配线安装。而且,也不会有妨碍到灯体13的气密性能之虞,也不需要垫圈(gasket)等。 
而且,热发电模块26的特性是,两端部的温差越高,获得的电力越高,将一侧设为在埋入型信标灯11内部最为发热的LED光源部12或安装该LED光源部12的基板等,将另一侧设为曝露于灯体13外部的上部灯体13a,且上部灯体13a为导热率高的金属零件,因此能够在灯体13的内部有效地发电。由于利用灯体13内部的热发电模块26来发电,以对灯体13内部的加热器25供给电力,因此安装也容易。

1.一种信标灯,其特征在于包括:
灯体,内置有发光二极管光源部;
投光射出部,使来自所述发光二极管光源部的射出光射出至外部;
加热器,用于使冰雪融化,所述冰雪附着于所述投光射出部且对来自所述投光射出部的射出光造成妨碍;以及
热发电模块,对所述加热器供给电力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的信标灯,其特征在于,
所述灯体包含上部灯体以及下部灯体,所述发光二极管光源部以及所述热发电模块被安装于所述上部灯体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的信标灯,其特征在于,
所述投光射出部包括:
棱镜;以及
导光槽,经由所述棱镜而将来自所述发光二极管光源部的射出光射出到外部。

所述加热器与所述热发电模块在所述灯体内通过导体配线而连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的信标灯,其特征在于,
所述热发电模块热结合于所述灯体以及所述发光二极管光源部,以利用所述灯体的外部温度与所述发光二极管光源部的温度的温差来发电。
7.根据权利要求1所述的信标灯,其特征在于,
所述热发电模块是利用两种不同的金属或半导体将两点接合而形成的热电偶。
8.根据权利要求1或6所述的信标灯,其特征在于,
所述信标灯为埋入型,所述加热器设置在所述投光射出部的下部。
9.根据权利要求1或6所述的信标灯,其特征在于,
所述信标灯为地面型,所述加热器设置在所述投光射出部的周围。
10.根据权利要求1所述的信标灯,其特征在于,
所述发光二极管光源部经由所述灯体中所设的中继器而连接于外部电源。
