背景技术
一般建筑物墙体表面为了外表美观而附着各种外装材料，这称之为幕墙。常用的幕墙面板材料为玻璃，依靠各种型材进行安装，该型材的优劣直接决定了幕墙面板材料安装的可靠性、方便性和经济性。
现有技术中，用于固接安装幕墙面板材料的型材设计结构不合理，导致现场安装过程中焊接量大、安装费力，同时安装质量不高，当需要做大跨度幕墙结构时，现有型材不能满足需要。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题而提供一种结构设计合理、安装便捷且质量高、适合应用于大跨度钢结构幕墙的型材。
本实用新型为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题所采取的技术方案是：钢结构幕墙使用型材包括平面板材，在所述平面板材的背面设有两条平行的胶条卡槽，在该胶条卡槽中设有端面胶条；在所述平面板材的正面中央设有支撑架，在所述支撑架的前端设有供连接螺栓连接的固定部；所述平面板材两侧的边缘向正面弯折并在前端设有胶条卡槽，在所述胶条卡槽中设有侧面胶条。
本实用新型还可以采用如下技术方案：
所述固定部为设在所述支撑架前端并与其一体成型的、内部设有贯通空腔的管状结构，所述连接螺栓的螺帽滑入所述空腔中，在该管状结构的外壁上设有连续槽口。
所述端面胶条和侧面胶条的材质为三元乙丙橡胶。
所述侧面胶条具有延伸的侧片，该侧片覆盖住所述型材的边缘和钢龙骨结构的边缘。
所述平面板材、支撑架和胶条卡槽为一体成型结构，材质为铝合金。
本实用新型具有的优点和积极效果是：本实用新型结构设计合理，与建筑物外壁钢龙骨结构连接容易，令幕墙面板材料安装便捷且质量高，并且适合大跨度钢结构幕墙的使用。三元乙丙材质的端面胶条和侧面胶条的采用，使整个型材具有更好的防腐和防噪音性能，同时提升了美观效果。

请参见图1，本实用新型包括平面板材，在该平面板材的背面设有两条平行的胶条卡槽，在该胶条卡槽中设有端面胶条2。在平面板材的正面中央设有支撑架4，在该支撑架4的前端设有供连接螺栓7连接的固定部。平面板材两侧的边缘向正面弯折并在前端设有胶条卡槽，在胶条卡槽中设有侧面胶条3。
上述平面板材、支撑架4和胶条卡槽为一体成型结构，材质为铝合金。端面胶条2和侧面胶条3的材质为三元乙丙橡胶，其中侧面胶条3具有延伸的侧片，该侧片覆盖住型材的边缘和钢龙骨结构5的边缘。这样设计的侧面胶条3具有很好的美观效果，定位性能优异。
图2是本实用新型的使用状态图。其中，固定部为设在支撑架4前端并与其一体成型的、内部设有贯通空腔的管状结构，连接螺栓7的螺帽滑入该空腔中，在该管状结构的外壁上设有连续槽口。
钢龙骨结构5上预先开设螺纹孔，将本实用新型的型材背侧靠接在钢龙骨结构5的表面，用连接螺钉1穿过胶条卡槽底侧和端面胶条2，拧紧在螺纹孔中，完成整个型材的固定。在钢龙骨结构5的两侧设有防扭角码12，三者通过固定螺栓11依次穿接固定。之后将幕墙面板6的边缘靠在侧面胶条3上。将连接螺栓7的螺帽从槽口中滑入固定部的空腔，压板8穿设在连接螺栓7上，两端压住幕墙面板6，从外侧用螺母对压板8进行固接。在压板8的中心与固定部之间设有橡胶垫块，在压板8的两端与幕墙面板6之间设有胶塞10。
在压板8的外侧设置起到保护作用的扣盖9，扣盖9将幕墙面板6之间的空隙、压板8和连接螺栓7封在内部，起到美观、防水的作用。

1.一种钢结构幕墙使用型材，其特征在于：包括平面板材，在所述平面板材的背面设有两条平行的胶条卡槽，在该胶条卡槽中设有端面胶条；在所述平面板材的正面中央设有支撑架，在所述支撑架的前端设有供连接螺栓连接的固定部；所述平面板材两侧的边缘向正面弯折并在前端设有胶条卡槽，在所述胶条卡槽中设有侧面胶条。
2.按照权利要求1所述的钢结构幕墙使用型材，其特征在于：所述固定部为设在所述支撑架前端并与其一体成型的、内部设有贯通空腔的管状结构，所述连接螺栓的螺帽滑入所述空腔中，在该管状结构的外壁上设有连续槽口。
3.按照权利要求1所述的钢结构幕墙使用型材，其特征在于：所述端面胶条和侧面胶条的材质为三元乙丙橡胶。
4.按照权利要求3所述的钢结构幕墙使用型材，其特征在于：所述侧面胶条具有延伸的侧片，该侧片覆盖住所述型材的边缘和钢龙骨结构的边缘。
5.按照权利要求1至4任一项所述的钢结构幕墙使用型材，其特征在于：所述平面板材、支撑架和胶条卡槽为一体成型结构，材质为铝合金。
