技术领域
本实用新型属于矿山机械，主要涉及一种矿石及石头类产品破碎机上的颚板作业部件。
背景技术
颚式破碎机是铁矿石、石头等类矿山产品由大块加工成小块所使用的矿用破碎机械，该类破碎机上的颚板是其主要的破碎作业部件，颚板的性能直接影响和决定颚式破碎机的使用寿命、作业成本及作业质量。目前，所有颚板均是采用高锰钢整体铸造制成，其工作齿硬度低，仅能达到HRc36.5，耐磨性能差，且磨损后根本无法修复，只能做报废处理；同时，在颚板整体铸造过程中易出现铸造缺陷，作业使用中产生断裂损坏。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述现有技术存在的问题，设计提供一种新结构的颚式破碎机颚板，达到提高颚板耐磨性能、延长使用寿命、可反复修复、降低作业使用成本的目的。
本实用新型的基本设计是，在碳素钢底板工作面上设置破碎工作齿，耐磨合金层配置在碳素钢底板工作面和破碎工作齿表面上，且将碳素钢底板及破碎工作齿整体覆盖，至此构成颚式破碎机颚板。
本实用新型采用在强度、塑性较好地碳素钢底板工作面上设置破碎工作齿，并用硬度可达HRc60以上的耐磨合金层将碳素钢底板工作面和破碎工作齿全面覆盖的结构设计，实现了对颚板的整体强度好、工作表面硬度高、耐磨性能强、可反复修复使用的目的要求，具有结构简单、使用寿命长、使用成本低廉、使用安全可靠的特点。

下面结合附图对本实用新型最佳实施方案进行详细描述。一种颚式破碎机颚板，在碳素钢底板1工作面上设置破碎工作齿2，耐磨合金层3配置在碳素钢底板1工作面和破碎工作齿2表面上，且将碳素钢底板1及破碎工作齿2整体覆盖。耐磨合金层3可根据破碎的不同物料及不同工况选择不同的耐磨合金材料采用堆焊工艺方法将其固配覆盖在碳素钢底板1工作面和破碎工作齿2表面上。

1.一种颚式破碎机颚板，其特征在于在碳素钢底板(1)工作面上设置破碎工作齿(2)，耐磨合金层(3)配置在碳素钢底板(1)工作面和破碎工作齿(2)表面上，且将碳素钢底板(1)及破碎工作齿(2)整体覆盖。
