技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种新型的铰链装置,具体涉及一种方舱用铰链。
背景技术:
目前,现有的方舱用铰链旋转角度在0°~120°范围内,且没有梯形支架和基座,所能承受的支撑力比较小,在需要承受大的支撑力时,使用寿命明显短。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能够承受大的支撑力、折叠灵活且旋转角度为270°的方舱用铰链。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现:
一种方舱用铰链,其组成包括:折页,所述的折页一端具有折弯、另一端具有连接孔, 所述的折页通过轴丝孔与所述的折页轴铰接,所述的折页轴连接带有梯形支架的折页座。
所述的方舱用铰链,所述的折页座包括连接折页轴的孔,所述的孔下方具有梯形支架,所述的梯形支架下方具有方形基座或长方形基座,所述的基座具有连接孔。
有益效果:
1.本实用新型设计合理、易于安装、成本低量、使用方便,旋转角度大,能够旋转270度。
2.本实用新型采用的梯形支架和方形基座或长方形基座以及多个连接孔,都能够使本产品承受大的支撑力。
3.本实用新型连接牢固、安装稳固、使用寿命长。

1.一种方舱用铰链,其组成包括:折页,其特征是:所述的折页一端具有折弯、另一端具有连接孔, 所述的折页通过轴丝孔与所述的折页轴铰接,所述的折页轴连接带有梯形支架的折页座。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方舱用铰链,其特征是: 所述的折页座包括连接折页轴的孔,所述的孔下方具有梯形支架,所述的梯形支架下方具有方形基座或长方形基座,所述的基座具有连接孔。
