本实用新型涉及一种封袋封边开包器械。
背景技术
目前袋装散物料包广泛存在于各种散固体散物料的包装，尤其以纤维丝编织袋居多，其拆包方法多为人工或机器割袋的方式，拆包过程中产生大量的纤维丝混入物料中，为物料的后续处理带来麻烦，且增加了企业的生产成本，另一方面破碎的编织袋只能回收后粉碎再加工，增加了社会再生成本等。
已有的封袋机采用真空吸入原理，将袋口吸入封装机内部，采用热压方式封紧袋口。这样的传统封袋方式在采用真空原理将袋口吸入时袋口容易产生褶皱，及影响热压封袋的效果，又影响封袋的美观性。已有封袋机不能剪包，也不能开袋。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种开袋，封袋，剪包多用机。
本发明创造的目的是这样实现的：
自动剪包器，其组成包括：一对传递带，两组辊轮，电阻丝，所述的传递带对应装在所述的辊轮外侧，所述的电阻丝装在传递带和辊轮的一端的位置上。
有益效果：
1. 本产品能够实现自动剪包，提供了一种散装物料包的袋口自动切口设备，能够避免拆包过程中纤维丝的产生，同时不破坏包体，为袋包的二次利用提供了前提条件。通过过热融合辊轮可以进行三种处理，压开一层为拆包、压开两层为剪包，压在一起为封包。
本产品包括袋装散状物料包的自动拆包装置，包括一个包口的夹持送进机构即传送带，和热熔器即电阻丝，本产品夹持送进机构上至少有一对环形带或链；所述环型带或链由辊轮驱动，并在拉紧装置的作用下，夹紧装置贴合袋口旋转，把袋口卷进夹紧装置中央，这样能够起到在同一平面上夹紧袋口的作用。根据不同包装材料，可设定最佳工作速度，提高工作效率。
本产品热熔机上至少有一组加热元件例如电阻丝；在配置标准链板输送机的辅助下自动完成封口切除。所述加热元件由220伏电源供电；这样可将物包边送进，边切口，起到自动剪开包口的作用。
本产品夹持送进机构安装调速装置，通过调速，保证编织或塑料包根据切口熔化速度均匀送进。进一步地，夹持送进机构能在拉紧装置的拉力作用下，传送带与料包封口产生足够摩擦力，保持包口紧绷，在送进过程中保持包面与加热器成点接触，便于能量集中快速熔化包面。
根据上述方案，所涉及的热熔机安装温控装置，通过控制加热温度，保证编织袋或塑料包不被过度熔化而粘连，或温度低而达不到熔化切断的目的。其中温控装置是用可编程序控制器的编程来实现自动控制。
进一步地，温控装置的设置与夹持送进机构共同配合，保证封口的有效匀速切除，根据上述应用特点，自动剪包器能根据不同包装材料设定加热温度，剪切速率等功能，实现对封口的完整切除，而不破碎整体包装。
对有毒散装物料包，可在密闭环境下自动切包，避免对人体的伤害。全套设备工艺流程简单，易于实现。

实施例1：
一种自动剪包器，其组成包括：一对传递带1，两组辊轮2，热熔装置3，所述的传递带1对应装在所述的辊轮2外侧，所述的热熔装置3装在传递带1和辊轮2的一端的位置上。工作过程中，袋口通过传递带压平后进入热熔装置3，在热熔器的作用下进行剪口，封袋或开口。
