Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种废旧电池有偿回收装置。所述废旧电池有偿回收装置包括:通过管道A连接的废旧电池投入口与电池回收箱(104、105、106),管道A上装有废旧电池检测装置;步进电机B及驱动(202)驱动连接新电池存储箱与出口的管道B;单片机(3),它与废旧电池检测装置、步进电机B及驱动(202)、硬币接收和识别装置(201)以及显示屏通过信号联接。本实用新型装置操作方便,可以智能的实现废旧电池的有偿回收,从而提高废旧电池回收率,达到防治电池环境污染的目的。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及废旧电池回收领域,特别涉及一种废旧电池有偿回收装置。
背景技术
随着电子工业和各种电器的发展,废旧电池对人类生存环境的污染也越来越严重,这种现状迫使人们必须有效的回收废旧电池,防止其对环境的污染。现有的废旧电池回收装置产品存在缺点:对用户无补偿或者补偿偏低,且手续繁琐,无法充分有效的发挥废旧电池回收的功能与社会效益。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有废旧电池回收装置因为对用户补偿低或补偿不方便而造成的废旧电池回收率低的缺点,从而提供一种有效的废旧电池有偿回收装置。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下措施来达到:所述废旧电池有偿回收装置包括废旧电池回收部分、新电池吐出部分和计算控制三部分。
所述废旧电池回收部分包括:废旧电池投入口、电池回收箱;所述废旧电池投入口通过管道A与电池回收箱连接,管道A上装有废旧电池检测装置。
所述新电池吐出部分包括:步进电机B及驱动、新电池存储箱;所述步进电机B及驱动设置于新电池存储箱与出口的管道B的连接处。
所述计算控制部分包括:AVR ATmega16L型单片机、硬币接收和识别装置,所述AVR ATmega16L型单片机与废旧电池检测装置、步进电机B及驱动、硬币接收和识别装置通过信号连接。
优选的,所述废旧电池回收部分的废旧电池检测装置进一步包括安装在管道A上的光敏传感器A、重力传感器、步进电机A及驱动;所述光敏传感器A、重力传感器、步进电机A及驱动分别与AVR ATmega16L型单片机信号连接。
优选的,所述电池回收箱分为三个箱体:电池回收箱A、电池回收箱B、电池回收箱C。
优选的,所述电池回收箱A、电池回收箱B、电池回收箱C分别装有光敏传感器B,所述光敏传感器B与AVR ATmega16L型单片机通过信号连接。
优选的,所述计算控制部分进一步包括:与AVR ATmega16L型单片机信号连接的显示屏。
本实用新型可以对投入的废旧电池进行折价分析,再通过投入硬币补齐与新电池的差价,从而吐出新电池的方式进行电池回收。
本实用新型可以实现废旧电池自助的以旧换新功能。本实用新型体积小,操作方便,可广泛布设于公园、公交站点、地铁站和居民区等人流密集区,使用户方便的实现废旧电池的以旧换新,可以大大提高投放者的积极性,实现废旧电池的有效回收。本废旧电池有偿回收装置同时可以在今后的研究中继续开发其扩展性,补充更多的便民性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进行详细说明。
参照图1,在本实施例的废旧电池有偿回收装置,包括废旧电池回收部分、新电池吐出部分和计算控制三部分。废旧电池回收部分包括:废旧电池投入口与电池回收箱A104、电池回收箱B105、电池回收箱C106,它们通过管道A连接,管道A上装有废旧电池检测装置。计算控制部分包括:AVR ATmega16L型单片机3、它与废旧电池检测装置、步进电机B及驱动202、硬币接收和识别装置201、显示屏通过信号连接。新电池吐出部分包括:步进电机B及驱动202驱动连接新电池存储箱与出口的管道B。本实用新型可以对投入的废旧电池进行折价分析,再通过投入硬币补齐与新电池的差价,从而吐出新电池的方式进行电池回收。
工作流程:用户投入废旧电池后,废旧电池检测装置对投入电池进行检测,电池进入电池回收箱。检测获得的电池信息通过单片机计算为折价后的货币值并通过显示屏显示。硬币计算部分根据新电池和投入的废旧电池的折价信息来计算需要额外补充硬币的数值,计算出需补充的差额即用户需继续投入的硬币数,也通过液晶屏显示。随后,用户根据液晶显示器显示的数目投入硬币,通过硬币检测装置,验证得出用户已投入足够的硬币。最终,通过吐出电池部分的步进电机将电池吐出,并告知用户交易成功。

Claims (6)
1.一种废旧电池有偿回收装置,其特征在于,所述废旧电池有偿回收装置包括废旧电池回收部分、新电池吐出部分和计算控制三部分:
所述废旧电池回收部分包括:废旧电池投入口、电池回收箱,所述废旧电池投入口通过管道A与电池回收箱连接,管道A上装有废旧电池检测装置;
所述新电池吐出部分包括:步进电机B及驱动(202)、新电池存储箱;所述步进电机B及驱动(202)设置于新电池存储箱与出口的管道B的连接处;
所述计算控制部分包括:单片机(3)、硬币接收和识别装置(201),所述单片机(3)与废旧电池检测装置、步进电机B及驱动(202)、硬币接收和识别装置(201)通过信号连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的废旧电池有偿回收装置,其特征在于,所述废旧电池回收部分的废旧电池检测装置进一步包括安装在管道A上的光敏传感器A(101)、重力传感器(102)、步进电机A及驱动(103);所述光敏传感器A(101)、重力传感器(102)、步进电机A及驱动(103)分别与单片机(3)信号连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的废旧电池有偿回收装置,其特征在于,所述电池回收箱分为三个箱体:电池回收箱A(104)、电池回收箱B(105)、电池回收箱C(106)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的废旧电池有偿回收装置,其特征在于,所述电池回收箱A(104)、电池回收箱B(105)、电池回收箱C(106)分别装有光敏传感器B,所述光敏传感器B与单片机(3)通过信号连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的废旧电池有偿回收装置,其特征在于,所述计算控制部分进一步包括:与单片机(3)信号连接的显示屏。
6.根据权利要求1所述的废旧电池有偿回收装置,其特征在于,所述单片机(3)采用AVR ATmega16L型单片机。
