一种基于二维码读取技术的电子废弃物有偿回收装置,包括二维码扫描口、操作控制板、读卡器、自动封袋器、存储器;二维码扫描口与操作控制板连接,向操作控制板发送二维码信息,操作控制板将二维码信息传至互联网上;读卡器与操作控制板连接,操作控制板将控制信息发送至读卡器,控制读卡器将“环保点数”充入提供者的“绿色积点卡”中,读卡器是RFID读卡器;自动封袋器设置在读卡器的下方,将收集到的每件电子废弃物独立的密封包装封袋;存储器设置在自动封袋器的下方,自动封袋器将电子废弃物封袋后,存放入存储器中。本实用新型使整个回收环节全自动操作,方便、快捷、透明,并可通过二维码进行追踪,防止少数人浑水摸鱼,以次充好。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种垃圾回收装置,尤其涉及一种基于二维码读取技术的电子废弃物有偿回收装置。
背景技术
现在的电子废弃物一般都是通过人工回收,辅以一维码进行回收、处理,并未形成一套有序、方便、快捷的有偿回收机构,电子废弃物的回收也显得很散乱,人工回收时经常有出错的情况发生,电子废弃物的回收没有统一的价格体系,回收后的电子废弃物的流向也很不明确,对相关部门的管理和监督带来了不便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种基于二维码读取技术的电子废弃物有偿回收装置,它可以将电子废弃物通过二维码的方式读取,并单独包装,交由专业人士统一回收,对提供电子废弃物的人进行记录和奖励。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:
一种基于二维码读取技术的电子废弃物有偿回收装置,包括二维码扫描口、操作控制板、读卡器、自动封袋器、存储器。
所述的二维码扫描口与所述的操作控制板连接,向操作控制板发送二维码信息,所述的操作控制板将二维码信息传至互联网上;所述的读卡器与操作控制板连接,所述的操作控制板将控制信息发送至读卡器,所述的读卡器将“环保点数”充入电子废弃物提供者的“绿色积点卡”中,所述的读卡器是RFID读卡器;所述的自动封袋器设置在读卡器的下方,将收集到的每件电子废弃物独立的密封包装封袋;所述的存储器设置在自动封袋器的下方,自动封袋器将电子废弃物封袋后,存放入所述的存储器中。
上述的基于二维码读取技术的电子废弃物有偿回收装置,其中,还包括一传送带,所述的传送带设置在所述的二维码扫描口的下方,所述的传送带的两端分别连接电子废弃物的入口处及自动封袋器,所述的传送带将电子废弃物从入口处传送至所述的自动封袋器中,并在传送的过程中经过所述的二维码扫描口的扫描。
上述的基于二维码读取技术的电子废弃物有偿回收装置,其中,存储器中还包括红外传感器,所述的红外传感器设置在所述的存储器内壁的上端,所述的红外传感器检测存储器中存放的电子废弃物是否已存满。
本实用新型由于采用了上述技术,使之与现有技术相比具有的积极效果是:
1、本实用新型基于二维码读取技术的电子废弃物有偿回收装置由于通过二维码扫描来读取电子废弃物的产品信息,二维码具有成本低、信息量大、读取方便等特点,一个含有一千八百多个字节信息量的二维码即使在表面50%污损的情况下,也可以正常读取。
2、本实用新型基于二维码读取技术的电子废弃物有偿回收装置使整个回收环节全自动操作,方便、快捷、透明,并可通过二维码进行追踪,防止少数人浑水摸鱼,以次充好。
3、本实用新型基于二维码读取技术的电子废弃物有偿回收装置能提高电子废弃物提供者的积极性,有效提高电子废弃物的回收率,以便造成环境污染。
4、本实用新型基于二维码读取技术的电子废弃物有偿回收装置成本低,体积小,结构简单,易于实施。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图进一步说明本实用新型的实施例。
每个电子产品出厂都会设有唯一的二维识别码,方便跟踪电子产品的流向等,当电子产品废弃回收后,该二维识别码便成了识别电子废弃物的有效凭证。同时,对每个电子废弃物提供者发放一张“绿色积点卡”,用于记录其“环保点数”,即每提供一件电子废弃物,都可以积一点“环保点数”,便于登记和奖励。
请参见附图1所示,一种基于二维码读取技术的电子废弃物有偿回收装置,包括二维码扫描口1、操作控制板2、读卡器3、自动封袋器4、存储器5;二维码扫描口1与操作控制板2连接,向操作控制板2发送二维码信息,操作控制板2将二维码信息传至互联网上;读卡器3与操作控制板2连接,操作控制板2将控制信息发送至读卡器3,控制读卡器3将“环保点数”充入电子废弃物提供者的“绿色积点卡”中,以便对电子废弃物的提供者进行登记和奖励,读卡器3可采用RFID读卡器;自动封袋器4设置在读卡器3的下方,将收集到的每件电子废弃物独立的密封包装封袋;存储器5设置在自动封袋器4的下方,自动封袋器4将电子废弃物封袋后,存放入存储器5中。
本实用新型基于二维码读取技术的电子废弃物有偿回收装置还包括一传送带6,该传送带6设置在二维码扫描口1的下方,传送带6的两端分别连接电子废弃物的入口处及自动封袋器4,传送带6将电子废弃物从入口处传送至自动封袋器4中,并在传送的过程中经过二维码扫描口1的扫描。
存储器5中还包括红外传感器51,该红外传感器51设置在存储器5内壁的上端,用于检测存储器5中存放的电子废弃物是否已存满,若已存满,则发出鸣叫,以便更换。

1.一种基于二维码读取技术的电子废弃物有偿回收装置,其特征在于:包括二维码扫描口、操作控制板、读卡器、自动封袋器、存储器;
所述的二维码扫描口与所述的操作控制板连接,向操作控制板发送二维码信息,所述的操作控制板将二维码信息传至互联网上;所述的读卡器与操作控制板连接,所述的操作控制板将控制信息发送至读卡器,所述的读卡器将“环保点数”充入电子废弃物提供者的“绿色积点卡”中,所述的读卡器是RFID读卡器;所述的自动封袋器设置在读卡器的下方,将收集到的每件电子废弃物独立的密封包装封袋;所述的存储器设置在自动封袋器的下方,自动封袋器将电子废弃物封袋后,存放入所述的存储器中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于二维码读取技术的电子废弃物有偿回收装置,其特征在于:还包括一传送带,所述的传送带设置在所述的二维码扫描口的下方,所述的传送带的两端分别连接电子废弃物的入口处及自动封袋器,所述的传送带将电子废弃物从入口处传送至所述的自动封袋器中,并在传送的过程中经过所述的二维码扫描口的扫描。
3.根据权利要求1所述的基于二维码读取技术的电子废弃物有偿回收装置,其特征在于:存储器中还包括红外传感器,所述的红外传感器设置在所述的存储器内壁的上端,所述的红外传感器检测存储器中存放的电子废弃物是否已存满。
