本实用新型涉及一种手动工具，具体地说涉及一种机械手。 
背景技术
车轮铸造现场环境相对比较恶劣，人员劳动强度大的问题需要低成本自动化设备的应用。现有技术的自动机械手普遍存在设计繁琐、机构复杂、环境适应能力差的缺点，不少机械手还无法满足接卸车轮毛坯所要求的功率数值，出现夹持不牢和变形等的问题。 
发明内容
  本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、稳定耐用的车轮毛坯机械手。 
本实用新型的技术方案为：车轮毛坯机械手，包括卡爪、抓手臂、气缸、齿条、齿轮、滑块、滑块导杆。抓手臂、卡爪、气缸、齿条、滑块左右各一。 
抓手臂一端与卡爪连接，另一端与滑块连接，滑块与气缸连接，并受气缸带动在滑块导轨上左右移动。滑块与齿条连接，左、右齿条咬合处设置齿轮。 
机械手工作时，一侧滑块在气缸作用下运动时，此时与该滑块连接的齿条将作用力通过齿轮传导至另一齿条，从而带动另一次滑块也保持同步运动。这样两个抓手臂将实现同步运动，同时保证了卡爪作用在中间位置。 
本实用新型具有结构简单，造型合理，适应性好等优点。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的技术方案为：车轮毛坯机械手，包括卡爪1、抓手臂2、滑块3、气缸4、齿条5、齿轮6、滑块导杆7。 
抓手臂2一端与卡爪1连接，另一端与滑块3连接，滑块3与气缸4连接，并受气缸4带动在滑块导轨7上左右移动。滑块3与齿条5连接，左、右齿条咬合处设置齿轮。 
机械手工作时，一侧滑块3在气缸4作用下运动时，此时与该滑块3连接的齿条5将作用力通过齿轮6传导至另一齿条，从而带动另一次滑块也保持同步运动。这样两个抓手臂将实现同步运动，同时保证了卡爪作用在中间位置。
