本实用新型涉及充气膜建筑,尤其涉及一种充气膜建筑保温隔热结构。 
背景技术
充气膜建筑是用特殊的建筑膜材作为外壳,配备一套智能化的机电设备在充气膜建筑内部提供空气的正压,把建筑主体支撑起来的一种建筑结构系统。充气膜建筑具有跨度面积大、灵活的特点,可量身定做用于大型建筑,如航空港、候机大厅、工业厂房、仓库等,更广泛应用于文化旅游行业、体育产业、环保产业以及军事行业。 
玻璃纤维(英文原名为:glass fiber或fiberglass)是一种性能优异的无机非金属材料,种类繁多,优点是绝缘性好、耐热性强、抗腐蚀性好,机械强度高,但缺点是性脆,耐磨性较差。它是以玻璃球或废旧玻璃为原料经高温熔制、拉丝、络纱、织布等工艺制造成的,其单丝的直径为几个微米到二十几米个微米,相当于一根头发丝的1/20-1/5,每束纤维原丝都由数百根甚至上千根单丝组成。玻璃纤维通常用作复合材料中的增强材料,电绝缘材料和绝热保温材料,电路基板等国民经济各个领域。 
现有的充气膜建筑保温隔热结构主要采用在外膜与内装饰膜中间填充玻璃纤维的方法,但是由于玻璃纤维及其细小,飘散在空气中的时候,容易经过呼吸道进入人体的肺部沉淀下来,对人体的身体健康危害很大,使用非常不安全。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的发明目的在于提供一种使用更安全的充气膜建筑保温隔热结构。 
为了实现上述发明目的,本实用新型的技术方案是: 
一种充气膜建筑保温隔热结构,包括外膜、内装饰膜、保温隔热结构;所述内装饰膜设置在外膜的底面;所述保温隔热结构设置在所述内装饰膜与外膜之间的缝隙;所述保温隔热结构具有气泡层、以及分别设置在气泡层顶面和底面的铝箔层。 
本实用新型利用保温隔热结构代替了原有的玻璃纤维层,以达到同样的保温,隔热的效果,而本实用新型的保温隔热结构具有气泡层,并在气泡层顶面、底面分别设置铝箔层,通过铝箔层反射部分阳光,通过中空的气泡层隔离热量,同时气泡层起到防止充气膜建筑内部热量外溢的效果。本实用新型在同样的具有保温、隔热、防潮的效果,对人体没有任何危害,使得本实用新型使用更安全。 
由上可见,应用本实用新型实施例的技术方案,使用更安全。

实施例1: 
如图1、图2所示,本实施例公开了一种充气膜建筑保温隔热结构,其包括 外膜100、内装饰膜200、保温隔热结构300,内装饰膜200设置在外膜100的底面;保温隔热结构300设置在内装饰膜200与外膜100之间的缝隙;保温隔热结构300具有气泡层310、以及分别设置在气泡层310顶面和底面的铝箔层320。 
如图2所示,本实施例的保温隔热结构300具有气泡层310,其中气泡层310的纵剖面犹如蜂巢的结构,其中每一空格可以很好的保留热量,使得气泡层310起到隔热、保温的作用,同时,本实施例在气泡层310的顶面、底面分别铺设铝箔层320,铝箔层320起到热反射、反辐射的作用,位于气泡层310底面的铝箔层320可以反射来自充气膜建筑内部的热辐射,起到保温的作用,位移气泡层310顶面的铝箔层320可以反射来自充气膜建筑内部的热辐射,起到隔热的作用。

所述内装饰膜设置在外膜的底面;

所述保温隔热结构具有气泡层、以及分别设置在气泡层顶面和底面的铝箔层。
