Abstract

本实用新型提供一种可折叠的椅子，其主体包括椅背、座椅、椅腿，所述椅背及椅腿连接在座椅上，座椅包括座垫圈及座垫，座垫置于座垫圈上；所述座垫圈的两侧向上延伸形成两个折叠器，折叠器上设有收容槽，椅背的两条支架安装在折叠器上，支架的一端端部插入到收容槽内且在支架移动时从收容槽内脱出；所述折叠器上设有缺口，所述缺口在椅背折叠在座垫上时支撑支架。上述可折叠的椅子不需螺丝即可使用收纳，在储存、运输、装卸时，不用占据大的储存、运输、装卸的空间，降低成本，利于产品在市场上的竞争，在使用时，节省空间又实用。

一种可折叠的椅子
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种椅子，尤其涉及一种可折叠的椅子。 
【背景技术】
椅子，是人们非常喜爱的座具之一，广泛地使用于办公室、会议室、图书馆、宾馆和家庭，为人们工作、学习、开会及体闲提供了舒适座具。生产椅子的制造者，将椅子生产成为完整的产品之后，通过运输、装卸，交给销售商或用户。在现有的技术中，椅子在储存、运输、装卸时，属于平板形结构的椅子靠背，却占据较大的储存、运输、装卸的空间，造成储存、运输、装卸成本的增加，不利于产品在市场上的竞争。在房价日益上涨的大都市，居住空间狭窄，迫使人们总是尽可能的利用空间或者设计所放的物品占用尽可能少的活动空间，因此需要折叠的家具，如椅子，即节省空间又实用。 
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种可折叠的椅子，其组装方便，节省空间又实用。 
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的技术方案是：提供一种可折叠的椅子，其主体包括椅背、座椅、椅腿，所述椅背及椅腿连接在座椅上，座椅包括座垫圈及座垫，座垫置于座垫圈上；所述座垫圈的两侧向上延伸形成两个折叠器，折叠器上设有收容槽，椅背的两条支架安装在折叠器上，支架的一端端部插入到收容槽内且在支架移动时从收容槽内脱出；所述折叠器上设有缺口， 所述缺口在椅背折叠在座垫上时支撑支架。 
与现有技术相比较，上述可折叠的椅子不需螺丝即可使用收纳，在储存、运输、装卸时，不用占据大的储存、运输、装卸的空间，降低成本，利于产品在市场上的竞争，在使用时，节省空间又实用。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图对本发明进行进一步的描述： 
请参图1至图5，本发明可折叠的椅子的主体1包括椅背10、座椅12、椅腿14，所述椅背10及椅腿14连接在座椅12上。所述座椅12包括座垫圈120及座垫122，所述座垫122置于座垫圈120上。 
所述座垫圈120的两侧向上延伸形成两个折叠器123。所述折叠器123上设有收容槽1230，所述椅背10的两条支架102的端部插入到折叠器123的收容槽1230内，通过铆钉安装在折叠器123上。所述支架102上设有卡槽(图中未标示)，以收容铆钉。通过向上提拉支架102，所述铆钉在支架102的卡槽内移动，使得支架102的端部在支架102移动时从收容槽1230内脱出。 所述折叠器123的前侧设有缺口1232，所述缺口1232在椅背10折叠在座垫122上时支撑支架102。按压支架102，支架102嵌入缺口1232内，支架102的一端从收容槽1230内脱出，缺口1232支撑支架102。 
所述座垫圈120上设有支撑架124，所述支撑架124呈十字，于支撑架124上设有旋转盘125，座垫圈120可在旋转盘125上旋转，进而带动椅子的主体1转动。 
于旋转盘125上设有转盘折叠座126，所述转盘折叠座126包括主体1260，所述主体呈U形、连接架1262及滑杆1264。所述主体1260安装在旋转盘125上，连接架1262连接在主体1260的一端，滑杆1264一端连接在主体1260上，一端连接在连接架1262上。所述连接架1262的两端分别通过铆钉连接在支撑架124上。 
所述椅腿14包括两条后腿140及两条前腿142，所述两条后腿140的端部1400分别通过铆钉连接在连接架1262的端部，且可绕铆钉旋转。所述两条前腿142的两端连接在一起，形成一个支撑杆143，支撑杆143置于滑杆1264上，且可在滑杆1264上移动，进而带动前腿142移动。两条后腿140之间及两条前腿142之间设有脚踏板145，所述脚踏板145靠近地面，可供用户放脚休息之用。 
折叠椅背10时，按压支架102，使椅背10往座垫122方向旋转，支架102嵌入缺口1232内，且支架102的一端从收容槽1230内脱出，在椅背10完全置于座垫122上时，缺口1232支撑支架102，实现折叠。 
折叠椅腿14时，推动前腿142，使得支撑杆143在滑杆1264上移动，直到前腿142紧贴后腿140，旋转后腿140，使得后腿140与前腿142紧贴座垫圈120，实现折叠。 
上述可折叠的椅子不需螺丝即可使用收纳，在储存、运输、装卸时，不用占据大的储存、运输、装卸的空间，降低成本，利于产品在市场上的竞争。在使用时，节省空间又实用。 
上述优选实施例的描述使得本领域技术人员能够制造和利用本发明。本领域技术人员不需要付出创造性劳动就可以根据这里给出的一般原则实现对本实施例的各种修改。因此，本发明并不局限于本文所示的实施例，而是与在此所附的权利要求的最大保护范围一致。 

Claims (6)

1.一种可折叠的椅子，其主体包括椅背、座椅、椅腿，所述椅背及椅腿连接在座椅上，座椅包括座垫圈及座垫，座垫置于座垫圈上；其特征在于：所述座垫圈的两侧向上延伸形成两个折叠器，折叠器上设有收容槽，椅背的两条支架安装在折叠器上，支架的一端端部插入到收容槽内且在支架移动时从收容槽内脱出；所述折叠器上设有缺口，所述缺口在椅背折叠在座垫上时支撑支架。
2.如权利要求1所述的可折叠的椅子，其特征在于：所述座垫圈上设有支撑架，于支撑架上设有供座垫圈在其上旋转的旋转盘。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的可折叠的椅子，其特征在于：于旋转盘上安装有转盘折叠座，所述转盘折叠座包括主体、连接架及滑杆，所述主体安装在旋转盘上，连接架连接在主体的一端，滑杆一端连接在主体上，一端连接在连接架上，所述连接架的两端分别连接在支撑架上。
4.如权利要求3所述的可折叠的椅子，其特征在于：所述椅腿包括两条后腿及两条前腿，所述两条后腿的端部分别通过铆钉连接在连接架1262的端部且能绕连接架端部旋转，所述两条前腿安装在滑杆上且可在滑杆上移动。
5.如权利要求4所述的可折叠的椅子，其特征在于：所述两条前腿的两端连接在一起，形成一个支撑杆，支撑杆置于滑杆上且可在滑杆上移动。
6.如权利要求1所述的可折叠的椅子，其特征在于：两条后腿之间及两条前腿之间设有脚踏板，所述脚踏板靠近地面。
