本实用新型涉及一种管道吊具，特别涉及一种管道钢板吊装组合吊具。其技术方案是：主要由吊钩、卡扣、平衡梁、钢丝绳、平板卡具、钢板组成，平衡梁的顶部通过卡扣和吊绳与吊钩连接，平衡梁的下端通过多根钢丝绳分别连接平板卡具，各个平板卡具分别将钢板固定。有益效果是：通过在吊装薄板时，可以有效的保护薄板，并且避免薄板变形，另外，使用方便，吊装容易操作，可以应用于各种钢板的吊装。

技术领域： 
本实用新型涉及一种管道吊具，特别涉及一种管道钢板吊装组合吊具。
背景技术： 
    目前，油田管道、钢板的吊装都是采用吊钩和吊带的方式进行，其中吊钩存在损坏管道坡口的缺陷，吊带存在穿越过程中的安全风险。另外，专用吊装卡具吊装容易对薄板造成吊装变形。
发明内容： 
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的上述缺陷，提供一种管道钢板吊装组合吊具。
其技术方案是：主要由吊钩、卡扣、平衡梁、钢丝绳、平板卡具、钢板组成，平衡梁的顶部通过卡扣和吊绳与吊钩连接，平衡梁的下端通过多根钢丝绳分别连接平板卡具，各个平板卡具分别将钢板固定。
上述的平衡梁有两部分组成，采用加强螺栓活动连接，长度可以根据吊物长度调整。 
本实用新型的有益效果是：通过在吊装薄板时，可以有效的保护薄板，并且避免薄板变形，另外，使用方便，吊装容易操作，可以应用于各种钢板的吊装。

     结合附图1，对本实用新型作进一步的描述：
本实用新型主要由吊钩1、卡扣2、平衡梁3、钢丝绳4、平板卡具5、钢板6组成，平衡梁3的顶部通过卡扣2和吊绳与吊钩1连接，平衡梁3的下端通过四根钢丝绳4分别连接四个平板卡具5，各个平板卡具5分别将钢板6的四个边固定，这样，在吊装薄板时，就可以避免薄板变形。
另外，平衡梁3有两部分组成，采用加强螺栓活动连接，长度可以根据吊物长度调整。

1.一种管道钢板吊装组合吊具，其特征是：主要由吊钩（1）、卡扣（2）、平衡梁（3）、钢丝绳（4）、平板卡具（5）、钢板（6）组成，平衡梁（3）的顶部通过卡扣（2）和吊绳与吊钩（1）连接，平衡梁（3）的下端通过多根钢丝绳（4）分别连接平板卡具（5），各个平板卡具（5）分别将钢板（6）固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管道钢板吊装组合吊具，其特征是：所述的平衡梁（3）有两部分组成，采用加强螺栓活动连接。
