Abstract

一种汽车投影灯，用于安装在汽车局部的中空本体，第一端设置一光源，相对的第二端设置一透镜，光源与透镜之间的本体内设置一设有文字或图案的透光片，光源将光线投射通过该透光片后，将透光片上的文字或图案的影像经由透镜聚焦而投射至一物体的表面，以提供警示兼装饰等效果。

技术领域
 本实用新型涉及一种安装于汽车的局部位置，兼具警示与装饰作用之灯具。 
背景技术
基于提升汽车安全警示或装饰性的考虑，汽车的若干部位通常会安装一些小型灯，例如设于后视镜外壳的方向灯、设于车门饰条的方向灯、设于牌照框的小灯、设于保险杆的照明灯等；目前安装于汽车上的小型灯都只是提供单纯的闪光或持续照射灯光的功能，并没有进一步的附加功能。 
发明内容
 本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可安装在汽车的任何局部位置，可以将文字或图案投影至地面或车体适当位置，以产生辅助警示或感官效果的汽车投影灯。 
本实用新型要解决的是现有安装于汽车上的小型灯都只是提供单纯的闪光或持续照射灯光的功能，并没有进一步的附加功能的问题。 
本实用新型的技术方案是：它包括有一本体、一光源、一透光片与至少一组透镜；其中，本体系提供于安装在汽车的局部位置，该本体具有从第一端贯通至第二端的内空间；所述光源最好采用发光二极管(LED)，并将光源设于本体内的第一端，使光源可朝本体的第二端投射光线；所述透光片设有文字或图案；所述透镜设于本体的第二端；光源电性连接至汽车的电力系统，当光源被通电而投射出光线时，光线通过具有文字或图案的透光片后，可产生对应该文字或图案的影像并经由该透镜聚焦而投射至一物体的表面。 
一种较佳的选择，本实用新型汽车投影灯的本体包括有一光源座、一聚焦管与一透镜座，所述聚焦管的第一端连接该光源座，该聚焦管的相对第二端连接该透镜座，光源设于光源座，透光片设于该聚焦管，所述透镜设于透镜座，使得透光片位于光源与透镜之间。 
本实用新型的汽车投影灯，可以被安装于汽车的后视镜外壳、汽车内部的天花板、汽车保险杆、汽车的内装饰板等位置。 
本实用新型设于透光片上的文字，可以是停、STOP、小心、注意等具有警示作用的文字。 
本实用新型设于透光片上的图案，可以是交通规则手势、几何图形、照片、卡通图案等各种可能的图案，该图案被投影出来所产生的影像除了可以有警示作用外，还可以产生视觉感官的作用，以提升附加价值。 
本实用新型电性连接汽车电力系统的光源，可以经由电路自动控制其通电发光的时间，例如，可以设定为当剎车时、停车时、转向时、开启车门时等条件下，自动发光以投影出警示的文字或创意的图案影像，而停止前述的条件时，则光源被断电不发光；或可藉由人为控制，使光源持续地发光。 
本实用新型的优点是：本实用新型通过在一中空本体相对两端分别设置一光源与一透镜，光源与透镜之间则设置具有文字或图案的透光片，利用光源将光线投射通过透光片后，将透光片上的文字或图案影像经由透镜聚焦而投射至一物体的表面，由文字或图案的影像内容提供警示兼视觉感官作用等效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明。。 
如图1所示，本实用新型提供之汽车投影灯1，系用于安装在汽车的任何一适当位置的灯具，包括有一本体10、一光源2、一透光片3与至少一组透镜4；其中，本体10系提供于安装在汽车的局部位置，本体10具有从第一端贯通至第二端的内空间，藉由内空间容纳所述光源2、透光片3与透镜4；在本实用新型的实施例，本体10包含有一光源座11、一聚焦管12与一透镜座13，所述聚焦管12可为一圆形的管体，其第一端可以螺旋组合或迫合方式连接光源座11，聚焦管12相对的第二端也可以螺旋组合或迫合方式连接透镜座13。所述光源2的较佳实施例系采用发光二极管(LED)，以达节能减碳的效果；光源2设于光源座11后，系使光源2可以朝透镜的方向射出光线。透光片3的较佳实施例是一种类似幻灯片的塑料材质片体，也可以是玻璃板，透光片3被嵌设于聚焦管12内的适当位置；透光片3上可依设计者的意愿设置文字或图案，例如可以设置停、STOP、小心、注意等具有警示作用的文字，或设置诸如交通规则手势、几何图形、照片、卡通图案等各种可能的图案。所述透镜4是一种可以聚光的凸透镜，将透镜4嵌设于透镜座13，使得光源2、透光片3与透镜4的光轴对应在一直线。 
本实用新型的汽车投影灯1，可以被安装于汽车的后视镜外壳5(如图2与图3所示)，也可以安装于汽车内部的天花板、汽车保险杆、汽车的内装饰板、……等位置。安装后，将光源2与汽车电力系统与控制系统电性连接，以控制光源2发光与否；当光源2通电而射出光线时，光线会通过透光片3，以产生透光片3上之文字或图案的投影，再使投影通过透镜4聚焦而投射于地面或物体上。例如，图4显示本实用新型的汽车投影灯的光轴对应地面，且透光片上设置「STOP」的文字，因而得以在地面投影出「STOP」的文字影像，此功能配合汽车电路控制的应用，可以在车辆剎车或停车的同时让光源2启动而投影出该警示性文字影像6A，让后方来车获得辅助性的警告，因而提升了行车安全。图5则显示显示本实用新型在透光片上设置手指并拢的手掌图案，因而得以在地面投影出手掌的影像，配合汽车电路控制的应用，也可以在车辆剎车或停车的同时让光源2启动而投影出该警示性图案的图案影像6B。除此之外，本实用新型的光源，也可以经由电路自动控制其通电发光的时间，例如，可以设定为当剎车时、停车时、转向时、开启车门时等条件下，自动发光以投影出警示的文字或创意的图案影像，而停止前述的条件时，则光源被断电不发光；或可藉由人为控制，使光源持续地发光。 
以上所述仅为用以解释本实用新型之较佳实施例，并非据以对本实用新型做任何的限制，因此，举凡任何形式上之改变均仍应包括在本实用新型所保护之范围。 

Claims (7)

1.一种汽车投影灯，包括有一本体、一光源、一透光片和一透镜，其特征在于本体安装在汽车的局部位置，该本体具有从第一端贯通至第二端的内空间；光源设于该本体内的第一端，可朝该第二端投射光线；透光片设有文字或图案；透镜设于该本体的第二端； 所述光源投射的光线通过该透光片后，将所述透光片上的文字或图案的影像经由该透镜聚焦而投射至一物体的表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车投影灯，其特征在于所述光源为发光二极管。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车投影灯，其特征在于所述本体包括有一光源座、一聚焦管与一透镜座，所述聚焦管的一端连接该光源座，该聚焦管的相对另一端连接该透镜座，所述光源设于该光源座，所述透光片设于该聚焦管，所述透镜设于该透镜座。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车投影灯，其特征在于所述本体系被安装于汽车的后视镜外壳。
5.根据权利要求1所述的汽车投影灯，其特征在于所述本体系被安装于汽车内部的天花板。
6.根据权利要求1所述的汽车投影灯，其特征在于所述本体系被安装于汽车的保险杆。
7.根据权利要求1所述的汽车投影灯，其特征在于所述本体系被安装于汽车的内装饰板。
