请参阅图1所示，上层由合适厚度的岗纹彩铝卷材料（即岗纹彩铝卷1）、下层岗纹底铝卷材料（即铝板5）及中间层岗纹塑料芯材3，用高强度粘接膜2、4复合而成。使用岗纹彩铝卷可实现连续生产，再根据需要裁剪成各种不同规格，降低生产成本。
