Abstract
本实用新型自动直线灌装机，属于轻工机械领域，它由进酒管路、储酒罐、灌装气缸、灌装头、进气和清洗管路、触摸屏、机架、止瓶气缸、输送链道、真空泵等组成，设备储酒罐下端进酒，上端进气，减少酒沫能使灌装更加平稳，减少了酒损，利用进气管路进水实现设备原位自动CIP清洗功能，止瓶气缸准确限定被灌装容器与灌装头的位置，灌装头上设有光电液位传感器，酒满自动停机，通过触摸屏进行人机交流，全过程成直线灌装、自动控制，无需任何人工按钮操作，大大提高生产效率，降低人工劳动量。

技术领域：
本实用新型涉及轻工机械领域，是一种主要用于啤酒及含气饮料在无需人工辅助，自动直线式完成灌装的整个过程。
背景技术：
灌装机作为啤酒及含气饮料包装生产线中的重要组成部分，灌装机性能的好坏，直接影响到整条生产线的生产进度及销售市场，传统的灌装机为手动按钮控制，费时费力，且液位控制不精确，还有可能造成被灌液体的大量浪费，目前大型啤酒及含气饮料包装厂家使用的灌装机多为圆周回转式灌装，占地面积大，制造成本高，不适用于中小型啤酒及含气饮料包装厂家，为了提供一种适合于中小型啤酒及含气饮料包装厂家的自动灌装机，因此发明了自动直线灌装机。
发明内容：
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术或者设备的不足而提供一种自动直线灌装机，该设备包括：进酒管路、储酒罐、灌装气缸、灌装头、进气和清洗管路、触摸屏、机架、止瓶气缸、输送链道、真空泵，进酒管路安装于储酒罐底部，进气和清洗管路安装于储酒罐上部，在输送链道上装有位于灌装头两侧的止瓶气缸，灌装头上设有光电液位传感器。
本方案是通过如下技术措施来实现的：储酒罐下端进酒，上端进气，输送链道将空的容器输送到灌装头下，止瓶气缸打开，准确限定被灌装容器与灌装头的位置，灌装气缸打开，灌装头下压，对容器进行抽真空、备压、灌装，灌装头上设有光电液位传感器，酒满自动停机，灌装气缸关闭，灌装头抬起，止瓶气缸关闭，输送链道将灌装好的容器送入下一道包装工序。
本方案的有益效果是：解决了中小型啤酒及含气饮料包装厂家的自动灌装问题，该设备自动输送空容器与满容器，能不间断的完成批量灌装，设备运行通过PLC全程控制，触摸屏操作，实现人机交流自动化。本发明自动直线灌装机还具有以下优点：
1.自带储酒罐，灌装时酒源由设备本身提供，并且储酒罐带有液位控制器，液位降低时储酒罐阀门自动打开，进行自动添加，自带储酒罐有效的让酒和二氧化碳融合，平稳了酒源。
2.每个灌装头都是通过单独气缸控制，这样避免了酒阀不灌装或者灌装不到液位的现象，并且每个灌装头上装有光电液位传感器，单独控制每个容器的灌装量，使灌装后的液位一致，减少了酒损。

其整个过程是：灌装前接通设备的电源、气源和酒源，通过触摸屏启动，输送链道将被灌容器输送到灌装头下，通过红外线检测到达位置后输送带停止，止瓶气缸打开，灌装气缸打开，灌装头下压对容器进行抽真空、备压、灌装、稳定、卸压程序，酒满灌装头自动抬起，止瓶气缸打开，将一组灌满后的容器输送到机外，同时又将下一组被灌容器输送到灌装头下，完成自动直线灌装机的整个工作过程。

1.一种自动直线灌装机，结构包括：进酒管路、储酒罐、灌装气缸、灌装头、进气和清洗管路、触摸屏、机架、止瓶气缸、输送链道、真空泵，进酒管路安装于储酒罐底部，进气和清洗管路安装于储酒罐上部，在输送链道上装有位于灌装头两侧的止瓶气缸，灌装头上设有光电液位传感器。
