明框玻璃幕墙的玻璃镶嵌在铝框内，成为四边有铝框的幕墙构件，幕墙构件镶嵌在横梁上，形成横梁立柱外露，铝框分格明显的立面。明框玻璃幕墙是最传统的形式，应用最广泛，工作性能可靠。相对于隐框玻璃幕墙，更易满足施工技术水平要求。明框幕墙在安装时通常会涉及到外装饰条与装饰面板的连接，由于外装饰条和装饰面板都是金属材质，在相互接触时，会产生摩擦，不仅会大大降低幕墙的使用寿命，同时还会产生噪音污染。

本实用新型的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种不产生摩擦噪音，提高幕墙的使用性能的明框幕墙外装饰条与装饰面板连接用胶条。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现：一种明框幕墙外装饰条与装饰面板连接用胶条，其特征在于，该胶条包括胶条本体和齿形层，所述的胶条本体的一侧内陷形成燕尾槽，胶条本体的另一侧设有齿形条，该齿形条与胶条本体一体式设置。
所述的胶条本体内设有至少一条空心通道。
所述的胶条本体内设有两条空心通道。
所述的空心通道的截面为矩形或腰形。
所述的胶条为三元乙丙橡胶条。
所述的凹槽为燕尾槽。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型在使用时，通过胶条的特殊造型，保证型材之间柔性接触，在幕墙使用过程中，不产生摩擦噪音，提高幕墙的使用性能。

实施例
如图1、图2所示，一种明框幕墙外装饰条与装饰面板连接用胶条，该胶条包括胶条本体42和齿形层41，所述的胶条本体42的一侧内陷形成燕尾槽45，胶条本体42的另一侧设有齿形条41，该齿形条41与胶条本体42一体式设置。所述的胶条本体42内设有两条空心通道43、44。一条空心通道43的截面为矩形，另一条空心通道44的截面为腰形。所述的胶条为三元乙丙橡胶条。
使用时，横框1通过螺钉与连接件6的一端连接，连接件6的另一端与固定件5连接，固定件5通过螺栓与铝板2连接。铝合金盖板3的中部插入横框1，其上部插入本实用新型胶条4的燕尾槽45内，胶条4连接有齿形条41的一端连接铝板2。
