本实用新型涉及纺织品服装面料，具体涉及的是一种抗皱免烫型面料。
背景技术
目前，许多的纺织品面料均存在水洗后容易起皱、变形，难以打理等问题，需要人们对面料进行熨烫处理，给人们的生活带来不便。目前有多数厂家为了生产具有抗皱型面料，便将面料进行一次化学浸润处理，使其具有抗皱之功效，然而含有化学物品的面料对人体副作用大，危害人们的身心健康。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种具有吸湿、透气、防风、防水且抗皱性能好的免烫面料，该面料即具有天然纤维的保暖性，同时兼具有化纤织物的防风防水及抗皱的性能。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：抗皱免烫面料，是由经线纱及纬线纱交错编织而成，其特征在于：所述经线纱是由丙纶丝构成，纬线纱是由竹炭纤维长丝构成。
本实用新型面料抗皱功能显著，同时还兼具有防水、防风并且透气性能良好的特点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，抗皱免烫面料，是由经线纱1及纬线纱2交错编织而成，其特征在于：所述经线纱1是由丙纶丝构成，纬线纱2是由竹炭纤维长丝构成。
丙纶丝外观似毛戎丝或棉，有蜡状手感和光泽，不易起皱比重小，轻，服装舒性好，能更快传递汗水使皮肤保持舒适感，强度耐磨性都比较好经久耐用。
竹炭纤维长丝是取毛竹为原料，采用了纯氧高温及氮气阻隔延时的煅烧新工艺和新技术，使得竹炭天生具有的微孔更细化和蜂窝化，然后再与具有蜂窝状微孔结构趋势的聚酯改性切片熔融纺丝而制成的。该纤维最大的与众不同之处，就是每一根竹炭纤维都呈内外贯穿的蜂窝状微孔结构。这种独特的纤维结构设计，能使竹炭所具有的功能100%的发挥出来。
利用本实用新型面料制作而成的服装，具有穿着舒适、轻便、防风、防水、透气及抗皱等多种功能，并且耐磨耐水洗，容易打理。
