颈椎病是由于颈椎长期劳损、骨质增生等原因引起的颈肩痛，疼痛也可放射到头枕部及上肢，随着人们年龄的增长，颈椎病的发病率也逐渐增加，现在已成为中老年人的常见病和多发病。目前有许多治疗颈椎病的办法，物理疗法有牵引疗法、按摩疗法、磁疗等，但效果不够明显，口服药物治疗，药效不易集中到达患部，且长期服用，对人体有毒副作用。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种保健枕，该保健枕在枕套上设有按摩凸起，能对头部进行按摩，缓解头部不适。
