本实用新型涉及一种热熔断体,尤其涉及一种金属外壳小角度收口的热熔断体。
背景技术

针对上述缺点,本实用新型目的在于提供一种能保证收口后产品的稳定性、防止产品内部零部件的回弹及确保产品的质量的金属外壳小角度收口的热熔断体。
本实用新型的技术内容为:金属外壳小角度收口的热熔断体,包括金属外壳、感温颗粒、前垫片、鼓型弹簧、后垫片、分断电极、分断弹簧、瓷珠、铆接线和触点线,在触点线和瓷珠连接处的金属外壳端口用环氧树脂封口;其特征在于金属外壳的收口向内弯折的角度α为43~47°。
