本实用新型涉及接地装置，特别是电力部门停电工作时使用的接地器械。
背景技术
所有输电线路在停电工作时，都要先验电再挂接地线，在挂接地线与使用验电器验电之间有一定的时间差，而在这个时间差内，可能会因各种因素造成线路带电，这样在一次验电后直接挂设接地线，容易对系统内的输变电设备造成损伤，而且也容易对人员造成不必要的伤害以及经济上的损失。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种挂接地线并同时进行验电的具有验电功能的接地装置。
本新型的目的是这样实现的：一种具有验电功能的接地装置，包括接地棒由接地接头固定在绝缘杆上构成，“L”字形金属连接件下端固定在所述接地接头上，“L”字形金属连接件上端固定有一个验电器，且验电器的验电触头经“L”字形金属连接件与接地接头电连接。
上述“L”字形金属连接件下端与接地接头旋接固定，“L”字形金属连接件上端与验电器旋接固定。
本实用新型具有以下特点和优点：本新型结构简单，使用方便，易于操作，灵活性高。验电与接地的时间差小，大大的提高了验电接地的安全性，有力的保障了操作人员与输变电设备的安全，大大缩短了操作时间，有效地保障了检修工作的效率。

具体实施方式
图1示出，本新型由接地棒（型号可为JDB-Y/，也称接地线）和验电器（型号可为YDQ-2，现有验电器）组合而成。接地棒由接地接头2固定在绝缘杆3上构成，“L”字形金属连接件下端固定在所述接地接头2上，“L”字形金属连接件4上端固定有一个验电器1，且验电器1的验电触头经“L”字形金属连接件与接地接头2电连接。“L”字形金属连接件4下端与接地接头2旋接固定，“L”字形金属连接件4上端与验电器旋接固定。接地接头的U字形接头内有两个由簧片2b支撑的卡条2a。使用时，将接地接头卡套在停电后的输电线缆上，两个卡条在簧片的弹力作用下将线缆夹紧而形成可靠的接地连接，在接地棒挂接的同时进行验电显示，之后，即可进行停电后的施工作业。

1.一种具有验电功能的接地装置，包括，接地棒由接地接头（2）固定在绝缘杆（3）上构成，其特征是：“L”字形金属连接件（4）下端固定在所述接地接头（2）上，“L”字形金属连接件（4）上端固定有一个验电器（1），且验电器（1）的验电触头经“L”字形金属连接件与接地接头（2）电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有验电功能的接地装置，其特征是：所述“L”字形金属连接件（4）下端与接地接头（2）旋接固定，“L”字形金属连接件（4）上端与验电器旋接固定。
