背景技术
目前国内外同类LED灯串模组的制作，多数工艺将装有LED光源的PCB板(印刷电路板)嵌入到预成型的壳体中，然后采用点胶方式覆盖PCB区域。这种方法加工的LED模组必须经过点胶，烘烤等工艺，生产效率低；且这种工艺结构散热差，也不宜长久暴露在雨水、日照之下，影响在户外使用。
发明内容
本实用新型提供结构简单，散热好又能在户外使用造型美观的一种塑封LED模组灯串。
本实用新型采取的技术方案：
一种塑封LED模组灯串，包含由焊着LED灯和连接导线的印刷电路板，其方案是：印刷电路板是长方形，外露的背面是铝基板，印刷电路板上贴焊着高起的LED灯，与LED灯同朝向的印刷电路板板面的四周是由高起的光滑平面注塑环绕，背面注塑与铝基板平；紧贴LED灯周围是密封覆盖着透明凝固胶水，印刷电路板两端有供并联连接的电源引出端，成LED模组；一端带着电源引出线的LED模组构成一个基本组件；按需由多个基本组件串接构成塑封LED模组灯串。
实施本实用新型后的积极效果是：
由于LED具有耗电少，寿命长，亮度高等特点，LED照明模组正在逐渐取代白炽灯、霓虹灯以及日光灯。此外，LED灯串模组具有柔性好，颜色可程序控制等特性，具有节能灯管无法替代的功能。目前LED灯串模组广泛应用于户内外广告灯箱，景观照明领域。本实用新型的实施为社会提供结构简单，生产效率高，散热好又能在户外使用，造型美观的一种塑封LED模组灯串产品。

1.一种塑封LED模组灯串，包含由焊着LED灯和连接导线的印刷电路板，其特征是：印刷电路板(2-1)是长方形，外露的背面是铝基板(2-2)，印刷电路板(2-1)上贴焊着高起的LED灯(1)，与LED灯(1)同朝向的印刷电路板板面的四周是由高起的光滑平面注塑(4-1)环绕，背面注塑(4-2)与铝基板(2-2)平；紧贴LED灯(1)周围是密封覆盖着透明凝固胶水(5)，印刷电路板两端有供并联连接的电源引出端(9)，成LED模组(7)；一端带着电源引出线(3)的LED模组(7)构成一个基本组件(6)；按需由多个基本组件(6)串接构成塑封LED模组灯串(8)。
