本实用新型是涉及防感应雷、小型球形雷的防雷板,用于交流220伏的电源插座、插排,拦截、释放、吸收感应雷、小型球形雷的能量,有效保护电器。 
背景技术:
现在约20%-30%左右的电器损坏,都是来自雷击,一般电器只能瞬间承受1000-2500伏电压。雷雨天时,特别在农村,感应雷、球形雷常常从室外电线窜入住宅电路。当今广泛使用的交流220伏电源插座、插排,绝大部分都没有防雷装置,只有极少数厂家,也仅仅是在插排的火线和零线之间并接一个压敏电阻,是很不够的,一般的感应雷就可以把它不可逆击穿,形成可怕的短路点,使整个电路陷入瘫痪,一般的民众无法查找排除,专业电工排除此类短路点,难度也不小,有时压敏电阻,也会因击穿短路燃烧,很危险。“防雷板”不但能防感应雷、小型球形雷,而且能有效解决这个问题,使电器受保护的同时,电路正常运行,不受损。 
发明内容:
为防止感应雷、小型球形雷,通过交流220伏的电源插座、插排对电器造成的损坏。 
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:在交流220伏的电源 插座、插排内部安装上一块线路板,线路板上并联安装一个导通电压800伏的陶瓷空气放电管与一个串接保险丝导通电压1200伏的压敏电阻,用两根导线引出分别火线和零线并接,与当遇到感应雷、小型球形雷的电压大于800伏小于1200伏陶瓷空气放电导通,使电源空气开关跳闸;当遇到大于或远远大于1200伏的感应雷、小型球形雷时,陶瓷空气放电管导通、压敏电阻导通、保险丝烧断,电源空气开关跳闸,陶瓷空气放电管、压敏电阻、保险丝、电源空气开关共同吸收了感应雷、小型球形雷的能量,有效地保护了电器。如果装有“防雷板”的插座、排插同时使用,效果更佳,使电器更加安全。即使遇到感应雷、小型球形雷,“防雷板”上的所有元件都被击毁,在没有维修更换元件的情况下,或在年久(10年以上,没遇上高压电涌、感应雷、小型球形雷)失效后,仍可当作普通的电源插座、插排正常使用,不会形成短路,更不会因短路点,起火燃烧。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:把瞬间的感应雷、小型球形雷的电压钳制在1200伏以下,有效地保护电器,且经济、安全、可靠、方便。

在图1、2中在一块小方形线路板上并联安装一个用导通电压800伏的陶瓷空气放电管与一个串接保险丝导通电压1200伏的压敏电阻,线路板可分别装进插座、插排内部,用两根导线引出分别与插座、插排的火线、零线并接。
