技术领域:
本发明涉及保温被领域,特别涉及一种用于温室大棚等设施农业冬季保温、建筑保温、屋顶隔热用的保温被,具体是一种聚苯乙烯发泡塑料保温被。
背景技术:
目前广大农民使用传统的保温覆盖材料有草苫、蒲席、纸被、棉被等。它们的主要缺点表现在:1.个体制作使质量不均;2.笨重、卷放费工、费力;3.容易被雨雪浸湿,既增加了重量,又使保温性下降;4.对薄膜污染严重,从而降低室内采光性能。近几年来,我国各地研制开发的新型保温被已有规格,其主要性能及存在的缺点:1.复合型保温被,该种保温被采用2mm厚蜂窝塑膜二层、加二层无纺布、外加化纤布缝合制成。该保温被具有重量轻,保温性好的优点,适于机械传动。但经使用一个冬季后,反映出的缺点是里面的蜂窝塑膜和无纺布经机械传动辗压后容易破碎。2.针刺毡保温被,“针刺毡”是用旧碎线、布等材料经一定处理后重新制成的,造价低、保温性好,该种保温被用针刺毡作主要防寒保温原料,一面覆上化纤布,一面用镀铝薄膜与化纤布相间缝合作面料,采用缝合方法制成。该种保温被自身重量较复合型保温被重、防风性、保温性均好。最大的缺点是防水性较差。尤其是在三月份雨夹雪的天气较多,保温被受湿以后影响保温效果。另外,在保温被收放保存之前,保温被的晾晒很麻烦,需要大的场地晾晒保温被,晒干后才能保存。3.晴纶棉保温被,该种保温被采用晴纶棉、太空棉作防寒主要材料,用无纺布做面料,采用缝合方法制成。该种保温被在保温性上能满足要求。但其结实耐用性太差,无纺布几经机械传动辗压,很快破损。另外采用缝合方法制成的该种保温被,无法保证防水性。下雨(雪),水从针眼渗到里面,晴纶棉无任何防水性。4.保温棉毡保温被,该种保温被以棉毡作防寒主材,两面覆上防水牛皮纸。该种保温被与针刺毡保温被性能相似。由于牛皮纸价格低廉,所以该种保温被价格相对较低,但其使用寿命较短。

为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种保温性好、防水性好、保温性持久稳定、易于卷放、结构简单、成本低的保温被,该种保温被不仅可用于温室大棚等设施农业冬季保温用,还可用于建筑保温,屋顶隔热等。

聚苯乙烯发泡塑料保温被,其特征在于:包括被芯、被里、被面,被芯为定制的聚苯乙烯发泡塑料条,被里和被面成一个整体,由牛津布缝制而成,牛津布缝制成多条横条,聚苯乙烯发泡塑料条插入牛津布横条内部,封口制成可卷的保温被。
所述的牛津布可选用具有质地轻薄、手感柔软、防水性好、耐用性好的套格牛津布。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.传热系数小,保温性好;
2.重量适中,易于卷放;
3.坚固,使用寿命较长,寿命在五年左右;
4.防水性好,使保温性持久,稳定;
5.结构简单、成本低,价格只是草帘的一倍。
