Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种节能灶，包括具有容置空腔的灶壳，灶壳内部设有燃气室，燃气室与炉膛腔体密封连接，燃气室内部设有燃气灶架，燃气室外部连接有置于灶壳腔体中的风机，灶壳内腔中设有贯穿燃气室的送气管，送气管的出气管口连接于燃气灶架上，灶壳内部水平横向设有搁板，搁板分割灶壳为上下两个腔体，送气管、风机置于下部腔体内，上部腔体为炉膛腔体外壁、燃气室外壁和灶壳内壁构成密闭的储水箱体。本节能灶的灶壳内部设有炉膛腔体，燃气室连接有送气管和送风管，送气管输送燃气至燃气灶架上燃烧，送风管输送空气来保证燃气充分燃烧。灶壳上设有储水箱体，能充分吸收燃气室内燃气燃烧的热量，不但节约了燃料，还提高了燃料的热利用率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种燃气灶具，尤其涉及一种节能灶。
背景技术
液化石油气、人工煤气、天然气等气体燃料具有清洁、卫生、燃烧充分、使用方便等优点，现已经成为了现代人们生活中最主要的燃料。人们利用燃气灶来方便燃烧气体燃料，并满足人们的日常生活需要。我国是能源匮乏的国家，每年都要从国外进口大量的原油和天然气，因此最大效率的利用燃气，降低燃气消耗，减少二氧化碳的排放，将能更好地维持我国经济的发展和人们生活水平的持续提高。
而现有市场上的燃气灶不能在燃烧之前充分混合空气和气体燃料，不能对混合燃料预加热，致使气体燃料往往燃烧不充分，出现有毒黑烟排放到空气中，既污染空气，又浪费了燃料，不利于节能的要求。气体燃料在燃烧时会释放大量的热量，而这些热量只有一部分被有效地利用，绝大部分通过热传递至空气中，故现有燃气灶没能充分利用燃料燃烧的热量，降低了燃料的热利用率。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有燃气灶燃料燃烧不充分、热利用率低等缺陷，提供一种节能、环保、可最大效率地利用燃料并提高燃料的热利用率的节能灶。
本实用新型的目的通过下述技术方案实现：
一种节能灶，包括具有容置空腔的灶壳，灶壳内部设有燃气室，燃气室与炉膛腔体密封连接，燃气室内部设有燃气灶架，燃气室外部连接有置于灶壳腔体中的风机，灶壳内腔中设有贯穿燃气室的送气管，送气管的出气管口连接于燃气灶架上，灶壳内部水平横向设有搁板，搁板分割灶壳为上下两个腔体，送气管、风机置于下部腔体内，上部腔体为炉膛腔体外壁、燃气室外壁和灶壳内壁构成密闭的储水箱体。
为了更好地实现本实用新型，所述风机通过送风管与燃气室内部连通，灶壳靠近风机对应开有通气条形孔，送风管上设有风量调节阀。
进一步地，所述送气管与燃气室在连接处通过密封套密封连接，送气管上设有燃气调节阀。
作为优选，所述炉膛腔体上设有支锅钢圈。
作为优选，所述灶壳的储水箱体上端设有进水孔，下端设有连通其内腔的出水水龙头。
本实用新型较现有技术相比，具有以下优点及有益效果：
(1)本节能灶的灶壳内部设有炉膛腔体，炉膛腔体与燃气室密封连接，燃气室连接有送气管和送风管，送气管和送风管源源不断地向燃气室输送燃气和空气，送气管输送燃气至燃气灶架上燃烧，送风管输送空气来保证燃气充分燃烧。送气管和送风管上分别设有调节控制阀，人们可以调节合适的燃气含量和空气含量搭配，保证燃气更充分的燃烧，提高了燃料的利用率。
(2)灶壳的上部腔体形成一个密闭的储水箱体，储水箱体可以通过进水孔放入生活用水，能充分吸收燃气室内燃气燃烧的热量，水吸热温度升高通过出水水龙头排出，可以满足人们的日常热水使用，不但节约了燃料，还提高了燃料的热利用率。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本实用新型作进一步地详细说明：

如图1～图2所示，一种节能灶，包括的主要部件为：
灶壳1，燃气室2，炉膛腔体3，搁板4，风机6，送风管7，送气管8，出水水龙头10，燃气灶架21，支锅钢圈31，风量调节阀71，燃气调节阀81，密封套82。
上述部件的连接关系是：
一种节能灶，包括具有容置空腔的灶壳1，灶壳1内部设有燃气室2，燃气室2与炉膛腔体3密封连接，炉膛腔体3上设有支锅钢圈31，支锅钢圈31为一圆形钢圈结构，并在圆形钢圈上分布设有若干支锅架。燃气室2内部设有燃气灶架21，燃气室2外部连接有置于灶壳1腔体中的风机6，本实施例的风机6通过送风管7与燃气室2内部连通，灶壳1靠近风机6对应开有通气条形孔11，送风管7上设有风量调节阀71。灶壳1内腔中设有贯穿燃气室2的送气管8，送气管8的出气管口连接于燃气灶架21上，本实施例的送气管8与燃气室2在连接处通过密封套82密封连接，送气管8上设有燃气调节阀81。
灶壳1内部水平横向设有搁板4，搁板4分割灶壳1为上、下两个腔体，送气管8、风机6置于下部腔体内，上部腔体为炉膛腔体3外壁、燃气室2外壁和灶壳1内壁构成一个密闭的储水箱体5。灶壳1的储水箱体5上端设有进水孔9，进水孔9上螺纹连接有进水盖，储水箱体5的下端设有连通其内腔的出水水龙头10。
使用时，首先向灶壳1的储水箱体5内加入生活用水，螺旋旋开进水孔9上的进水盖，即可非常方便地向储水箱体5内注水。旋转燃气调节阀81点火燃烧气体燃料，并为安放于灶壳1上方的锅加热。加热的同时，通电风机6，并通过风量调节阀71调节进入燃气室2内的空气含量。人们可以根据所需火量大小、燃料燃烧是否充分，同时调节燃气调节阀81和风量调节阀71来提高气体燃料的热利用率。气体燃料在燃烧室2内燃烧并释放出大量的热量，其中一部分热量对锅直接加热，另一些热量被储水箱体5内的水吸收，储水箱体5内的水吸热温度升高，并能通过出水水龙头10排出为人们生活所需。这样就大大地提高燃料燃烧的热利用率。

1.一种节能灶，包括具有容置空腔的灶壳(1)，灶壳(1)内部设有燃气室(2)，燃气室(2)与炉膛腔体(3)密封连接，其特征在于：燃气室(2)内部设有燃气灶架(21)，燃气室(2)外部连接有置于灶壳(1)腔体中的风机(6)，灶壳(1)内腔中设有贯穿燃气室(2)的送气管(8)，送气管(8)的出气管口连接于燃气灶架(21)上，灶壳(1)内部水平横向设有搁板(4)，搁板(4)分割灶壳(1)为上下两个腔体，送气管(8)、风机(6)置于下部腔体内，上部腔体为炉膛腔体(3)外壁、燃气室(2)外壁和灶壳(1)内壁构成密闭的储水箱体(5)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的一种节能灶，其特征在于：所述风机(6)通过送风管(7)与燃气室(2)内部连通，灶壳(1)靠近风机(6)对应开有通气条形孔(11)，送风管(7)上设有风量调节阀(71)。
3.按照权利要求1所述的一种节能灶，其特征在于：所述送气管(8)与燃气室(2)在连接处通过密封套(82)密封连接，送气管(8)上设有燃气调节阀(81)。
4.按照权利要求1所述的一种节能灶，其特征在于：所述炉膛腔体(3)上设有支锅钢圈(31)。
5.按照权利要求1所述的一种节能灶，其特征在于：所述灶壳(1)的储水箱体(5)上端设有进水孔(9)，下端设有连通其内腔的出水水龙头(10)。
