技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种LED平面灯。
背景技术
LED灯以其省电、亮度高、使用寿命长等优点被广泛应用。但目前来说,大部分的LED照明装置是采用直射的方式,这种发光方式虽然亮度比较大而且有比较高的发光效率,但其发出的光线均匀性不佳,容易产生眩晕,特别是长时间使用后人们眼睛会感觉疲劳。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本实用新型提供了一种LED平面灯,该平面灯不仅结构简单,可实现平面照明,而且光照效果好,外形美观。
本实用新型为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种LED平面灯,其包括底座、平面反射板、平面压克力板、平面扩散板、LED灯条和装饰框架,所述平面压克力板的一侧表面上印刷有若干个不透光网点,且该若干个不透光网点在离LED灯条越近其分布越密;所述底座、平面反射板、平面压克力板、平面扩散板依次叠合,且所述平面压克力板的印刷有不透光网点的一侧面靠近所述平面扩散板;所述LED灯条设于所述平面反射板、平面压克力板、平面扩散板叠合后的侧边处;所述装饰框架套合于所述平面扩散板上方并与所述底座固定连接。这样,LED灯条发出的光线经平面反射板反射并经平面压克力板透射,由于其上表面上分布有离LED灯条越近越密的不透光网点,这就使LED灯条发出的光线比较均匀的透视出去,最后经平面扩散板扩散,可使光线更加柔和和均匀。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述底座、平面反射板、平面亚克力板、平面扩散板和装饰框架为方形结构。另外,可根据需要做成其他形状,例如圆形、三角形或多边形,甚至是不规则形状。

作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述底座包括平底板以及设置于所述平底板四周的侧壁,所述平面反射板、平面压克力板、平面扩散板放置于由侧壁和平底板围成的腔室内。
优选的,所述LED灯条设于所述侧壁的内侧位置上。
优选的,所述平面反射板、平面压克力板、平面扩散板的厚度之后与侧壁的高度相同。
优选的,所述平面反射板、平面压克力板、平面扩散板的形状相同。
优选的,所述不透光网点是由油墨形成的。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型中的LED灯条发出的光线从侧边射入到平面反光板内并经其反射,然后经压克力板折射最后由平面扩散板射出,由于压克力板上表面设有密度不等的不透光点,可使离光源较近处的光减少透射,而离光源较远的光线较多的透射,这样可使光线更均匀的射出,从而得到更加柔和均匀的光线。另外,该平面灯厚度可控,并可根据需要做成不同的形状,可贴合于天花板或墙壁上,尤其适合做吊顶装饰,同时也可适用屋顶的全面积铺设装饰,美观大方。

具体实施方式
一种LED平面灯,包括底座1、平面反射板2、平面压克力板3、平面扩散板4、LED灯条5和装饰框架6,平面压克力板的一侧表面上印刷有若干个不透光网点,且该若干个不透光网点在离LED灯条越近其分布越密;底座、平面反射板、平面压克力板、平面扩散板依次叠合,且平面压克力板的印刷有不透光网点的一侧面靠述平面扩散板;LED灯条设于平面反射板、平面压克力板、平面扩散板叠合后的侧边处;装饰框架套合于平面扩散板上方并与底座固定连接。这样,LED灯条发出的光线经平面反射板反射并经平面压克力板透射,由于其上表面上分布有离LED灯条越近越密的不透光网点,这就使LED灯条发出的光线比较均匀的透视出去,最后经平面扩散板扩散,可使光线更加柔和和均匀。
上述底座、平面反射板、平面亚克力板、平面扩散板和装饰框架为方形结构。另外,可根据需要做成其他形状,例如圆形、三角形或多边形,甚至是不规则形状。
上述LED灯条为两个,且呈对称设于平面反射板、平面压克力板、平面扩散板叠合后的侧边处。
上述平面压克力板一侧表面上的不透光网点由平面压克力板与LED灯平行的中心线向其两侧依次由疏到密分布。
上述底座包括平底板8以及设置于平底板四周的侧壁9,平面反射板、平面压克力板、平面扩散板放置于由侧壁和平底板围成的腔室内。
上述LED灯条设于侧壁的内侧位置上。
上述平面反射板、平面压克力板、平面扩散板的厚度之后与侧壁的高度相同。
上述平面反射板、平面压克力板、平面扩散板的形状相同。
上述不透光网点是由油墨形成的。

Claims (9)

1.一种LED平面灯,其特征在于:其包括底座(1)、平面反射板(2)、平面压克力板(3)、平面扩散板(4)、LED灯条(5)和装饰框架(6),所述平面压克力板的一侧表面上印刷有若干个不透光网点,且该若干个不透光网点在离LED灯条越近其分布越密;所述底座、平面反射板、平面压克力板、平面扩散板依次叠合,且所述平面压克力板的印刷有不透光网点的一侧面靠近所述平面扩散板;所述LED灯条设于所述平面反射板、平面压克力板、平面扩散板叠合后的侧边处;所述装饰框架套合于所述平面扩散板上方并与所述底座固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED平面灯,其特征在于:所述底座、平面反射板、平面亚克力板、平面扩散板和装饰框架为方形结构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的LED平面灯,其特征在于:所述LED灯条为两个,且呈对称设于所述平面反射板、平面压克力板、平面扩散板叠合后的侧边处。
4.根据权利要求3所述的LED平面灯,其特征在于:所述平面压克力板一侧表面上的不透光网点由平面压克力板与所述LED灯平行的中心线向其两侧依次由疏到密分布。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的LED平面灯,其特征在于:所述底座包括平底板(8)以及设置于所述平底板四周的侧壁(9),所述平面反射板、平面压克力板、平面扩散板放置于由侧壁和平底板围成的腔室内。
6.根据权利要求5所述的LED平面灯,其特征在于:所述LED灯条设于所述侧壁的内侧位置上。 
7.根据权利要求5所述的LED平面灯,其特征在于:所述平面反射板、平面压克力板、平面扩散板的厚度之后与侧壁的高度相同。
8.根据权利要求5所述的LED平面灯,其特征在于:所述平面反射板、平面压克力板、平面扩散板的形状相同。
9.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的LED平面灯,其特征在于:所述不透光网点是由油墨形成的。
