本实用新型涉及一种变压器辅助设备,尤其涉及一种变压器油坑卵石支架。
背景技术:
在火电、变电、风电等工程中,变压器是必有的设备,为防火要求变压器都会设有油坑,并在油坑内铺设架空卵石,铺设架空卵石的作用在于:当变压器漏油时,可将油迅速渗至卵石下排走,起到防火的作用,且便于清理油坑,以前的卵石支承做法繁琐又浪费材料,且后期维护不便,
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种施工便利,方便检修,又降低工程造价的变压器油坑卵石支架。
本实用新型由如下技术方案实施:一种变压器油坑卵石支架,其包括格栅主体和支腿,在所述格栅主体顶部用平行的钢筋排列出栅格;所述支腿固定在所述格栅主体的底部。
所述格栅主体为四边形。
所述支腿固定在四边形所述格栅主体的四个角上。
本实用新型的优点:施工便利,方便检修,降低工程造价。

具体实施方式:
如图1和图2所示,一种变压器油坑卵石支架,其包括格栅主体1和支腿2,在格栅主体1顶部用平行的钢筋排列出栅格3;格栅主体1为四边形,支腿2固定在四边形格栅主体1的四个角的底部。
使用方法:如图3所示,将格栅主体1放置在变压器油坑4底部,支腿2起到支撑格栅主体1的作用,在格栅3上堆放鹅卵石5。

1.一种变压器油坑卵石支架,其特征在于,其包括格栅主体和支腿,在所述格栅主体顶部用平行的钢筋排列出栅格;所述支腿固定在所述格栅主体的底部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种变压器油坑卵石支架,其特征在于,所述格栅主体为四边形。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种变压器油坑卵石支架,其特征在于,所述支腿固定在四边形所述格栅主体的四个角上。
