Abstract

Description
(一)技术领域：本实用新型涉及室内取暖散热片罩的装修制作技术；具体涉及一种室内取暖散热片罩连接组件。
(二)背景技术：现有技术中室内取暖散热片罩的装修制作，是通过木钉在基框上安装连接组件。其存在不足：一是通过木钉安装连接的组件牢固性差，供暖时经散热片加热烘烤的散热片罩极易变形或开裂，影响了散热片罩装修制作的整体美感效果；二是散热片罩装修制作工序复杂，安装连接所用工时较多，明显地降低了装修施工的工作效率。
(三)发明内容：针对上述现有技术存在的不足，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种室内取暖散热片罩连接组件，旨在提高散热片罩装修制作的整体美感效果和装修施工的工作效率。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的，这种室内取暖散热片罩连接组件，它是在条体两端端面上设有镶嵌通槽和/或连接榫条；在所述条体的侧面设有安装通槽。

(五)具体实施方式：图1-图7所示。这种室内取暖散热片罩连接组件，它是在采用密度板材构成条体1两端端面上设有镶嵌通槽和/或连接榫条；如在条体1两端端面上均设有镶嵌通槽(图1、图5所示)；或在条体两端端面上均设有连接榫条(图6所示)；还可以在所述条体1一端端面上设有镶嵌通槽，在其另一端端面上设有连接榫条(图3、图4所示)。在所述条体的侧面设有安装通槽(图1-图6所示)；所述安装通槽的槽形可以是直槽状(图6所示)；也可以是斜槽状(图1、图4所示)；还可以是尖角槽状(图3、图5所示)。在室内散热片罩装修制作时，利用在条体1两端端面上设有的镶嵌通槽和连接榫条以及在所述条体侧面设有的安装通槽，对应与安装组件2、3镶嵌胶合相接牢固地连成散热片罩(图7所示)。

2.根据权利要求1所述的室内取暖散热片罩连接组件，其特征在于：所述安装通槽的槽形是直槽状、斜槽状和尖角槽状的其中一种。
