背景技术
目前,隔墙板的夹芯层为整体结构,需用大量保温材料,成本较高,能耗较大,然而大量难以处理的废弃保温材料又不能充分利用,造成资源浪费和环境污染。 
实用新型内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型提供一种夹芯层采用废弃保温材料制得的隔墙板。 
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:复合夹芯隔墙板,包括上面板、下面板和夹芯层,夹芯层为废弃保温材料采用聚氨酯硬质发泡料粘接而成,夹芯层四周为边框。 
本实用新型的的有益效果是,能充分地利用废弃保温材料,减少能耗,保护环境。生产的隔墙板质轻、具有良好的抗冲击性能、良好的保温性能和防火性能,隔音效果好,并且原料来源广泛,投入低。

具体实施方式
下面结合实例对本实用新型进一步说明。 
如图1,复合夹芯隔墙板,包括上面板1、下面板2和夹芯层3,夹芯层3为废弃块状保温材料采用聚氨酯硬质发泡料粘接而成,夹芯层3四周为边框4。 
夹芯层3中设有隔条5,以增加隔墙墙板的抗冲击性能及平整度。 
上面板1、下面板2为加强型硅钙板、玻镁板、石膏板、彩钢板或铝板。 
夹芯层3的废弃保温材料为废弃的发泡聚苯板、挤塑聚苯板、聚氨酯泡沫塑料、玻璃棉、矿物棉。 
夹芯层3的聚氨酯硬质发泡料由聚氨酯硬泡组合聚醚组成的白料和多次甲基多苯基异氰酸酯组成的黑料混合而成。 
边框4、隔条5采用发泡聚苯板、挤塑聚苯板、聚氨酯泡沫塑料、玻璃棉或矿物棉。 
采用矩形模盒制作,可制成规格为长2000~3000mm、宽为600~1500mm、厚为60~120mm的隔墙板。

1.一种复合夹芯隔墙板,包括上面板(1)、下面板(2)和夹芯层(3),其特征在于,夹芯层(3)为废弃保温材料采用聚氨酯硬质发泡料粘接而成,夹芯层(3)四周为边框(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合夹芯隔墙板,其特征在于,所述的夹芯层(3)中设有隔条(5)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合夹芯隔墙板,其特征在于,所述的上面板(1)、下面板(2)为加强型硅钙板、玻镁板、石膏板、彩钢板或铝板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合夹芯隔墙板,其特征在于,所述的夹芯层(3)的废弃保温材料为废弃的发泡聚苯板、挤塑聚苯板、聚氨酯泡沫塑料、玻璃棉、矿物棉。
