本实用新型涉及柴油机尾气净化器生产设备领域，具体的说是一种净化器测压台。
背景技术：
自柴油机问世以来凭借其良好的动力性、经济性和耐久性广泛地应用于各种动力装置、船舶和车辆，至今其仍是热效率最高的热力发动机，柴油车发展势头迅猛，我国2010年估计柴油车保有量达到1200万辆。
随着柴油机数量的增加和人们环保意识的增强，柴油机对空气的污染问题日益突出，柴油机尾气中的主要成分及其分布为：水蒸气2.60％，CO2 7.1％，O2 15％，N2 75.21％，其他微量成分包括微粒物(PM)占0.09％，以及CO，未燃HC，NO2，SO2，硫酸盐，醛和氨气等，其中微粒物主要包括固体碳粒(soot)，或称为不可溶解部分(insol或IOF)、液相碳氢化合物(HC)，或称为可溶解有机成分(SOF)或可挥发有机成分(VOF)和少量吸附其上的H2SO4及硫酸盐，人们最初认为，柴油机排气微粒只影响能见度，随着研究的不断深入，其危害性逐渐被人们了解，一些研究已经证实排气微粒可以引起慢性疾病，美国环保局(EPA)的试验证明，SOF具有诱变作用，其组分的90％以上为致癌物质，觉大多数排气微粒的粒径在0.01～1.0μm之间，能长时间悬浮在大气中，很容易通过呼吸系统进入肺泡并沉积下来，较小微粒甚至可以进入血液中，对人体健康的威胁很大。
因此国内现有的柴油车辆绝大多数安装了柴油机尾气净化器，其结构为金属筒体内安装有含有催化剂的载体，起到过滤并氧化除去微粒物中的可挥发有机物(SOF)，减少微粒物(PM)的排放作用；在柴油机尾气净化器生产过程中，其金属外壳是金属板弯曲后焊接而成，以往是工人用工具手动弯曲，不但费时费力，且弯曲不够均匀，因此需要提供一种专用装置来完成这一工序。
发明内容：
为解决现有技术存在的问题，本实用新型提供了一种净化器壳体封装装置，通过在两个转轮之间安装围成圈的皮带的结构方式，能够将方便快速的将净化器金属外壳弯曲成圆筒形，节省了大量时间，为企业创造了经济效益。
本实用新型采用的技术方案：

具体实施方式：
一种净化器壳体封装装置：具有一机架1，机架1上部左端安装有电机带动的左转轮2，机架1上部右端安装有电机带动的右转轮3；左转轮2与右转轮3分别连接有拉紧皮带4的两端(即通槽5端与另一端6)，所述拉紧皮带4一端开有通槽5，另一端6穿过通槽将整个皮带弯曲成一个圈。工作时，将净化器的钢板外壳卷绕成一定弧度后，放于圈中，转动左转轮2与右转轮3，就可以将圈收紧，钢板外壳也随之收卷，这时方便将钢板外壳的接缝处焊接。
