Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种连续油管夹持装置及采用该夹持装置的注入头,涉及石油钻采设备领域。所述夹持装置包括鞍型夹持块、夹持块座及垫片,所述鞍型夹持块的底部设有凹槽,在凹槽的侧壁设有至少两对钩块;所述夹持块座包括销轴及套装于所述销轴上的滚动轴套,在夹持块座的底部上设有限位台和螺孔,底部两侧设有与夹持块的钩块对应的凸台,在夹持块座的下部沿销轴方向设有两个通孔。所述注入头包括油管夹持装置及传动链条,油管夹持装置通过夹持块座上的两个通孔安装在所述传动链条上。本方案的优点一是用滚动轴套取代轴承,使注入头维护方便,寿命延长;二是由于夹持块更换简便,且有较大的浮动范围,在工作时可以减轻对油管的磨损。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及石油钻采设备领域,特别涉及一种连续油管夹持装置,还涉及采用该夹持装置的注入头。
背景技术
注入头是连续油管设备的核心部件,夹持装置为注入头提供夹紧力,用于输送连续油管。目前注入头上所使用的带有滚动体的夹持块存在如下缺陷:一是夹持装置上使用的滚动轴承,其使用寿命短,维护难,润滑不便,这是这种带有滚动体的夹持块主要缺陷;二是由于油田井口尺寸多样,所使用的连续油管尺寸也不同,以及正常的磨损,注入头在工作时需要经常更换夹持块,但现用的夹持块在夹持块座上采用多处固定,更换复杂。而且采用多处固定的方式使夹持块在夹持块座上的活动间隙较少,不利于夹持块夹持油管时的自动调整,导致夹持块对油管的冲击大,对油管的磨损严重。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种连续油管夹持装置以克服上述目前使用的夹持装置的不足。
为了解决以上问题,本实用新型采用如下方案:
一种连续油管夹持装置,包括鞍型夹持块及夹持块座,其特征在于:所述鞍型夹持块间隙固定于所述夹持块座上,即鞍型夹持块可以在夹持块座上在沿所夹持油管的垂直方向,有一定的活动间隙。
所述夹持块座包括销轴及套装于所述销轴上的滚动轴套,所述夹持块座沿销轴方向,设有用于与注入头链条相连接的两个通孔,所述夹持块座的上部设有三道隔板,在所述隔板上设有用于安装销轴的销轴孔。
进一步的,所述鞍型夹持块的背部设有凹槽,在凹槽的侧壁设有至少两对钩块;所述夹持块座背面设有用于限定所述夹持块位置的限位台、螺栓孔,两侧设有与所述夹持块的钩块对应的凸台。夹持块与夹持块座通过所述的钩块和凸台相咬合,并通过夹持块座背面的限位台和螺栓孔来限定夹持块活动间隙。
进一步的,所述夹持块的钩块和夹持块座上对应的凸台分别是三对。
进一步的,本实用新型还包括垫于所述夹持块和所述夹持块座之间的复合材料垫片,所述垫片上设有与所述夹持块座的底部限位台和固定丝孔对应的槽和孔。
进一步的,所述销轴的端部还设有轴用弹性挡圈。
进一步的,所述鞍型夹持块的圆弧上设有若干垂直于所夹持油管的沟槽。
进一步的,所述滚动轴套是陶瓷轴套。
本实用新型的一种连续油管夹持装置有益效果是:一是使用高强度的陶瓷等耐磨材料轴套代替滚动轴承,无需润滑,寿命长,容易维护;二是由于夹持块上采用挡块,以及采用钩块及凸台卡装和螺栓限位结构,更换夹持块非常方便;再是由于在挡块和限位螺栓之间有较大的间隙,可以在油管有变位时夹持块能随动,避免对油管的硬性挤压。
本实用新型还提供了一种油管注入头,其特征在于:包括以上所述的连续油管夹持装置。具体方案如下:
一种油管注入头,包括驱动链条、支撑板、推板、夹紧油缸,其特点是:所述驱动链条上安装有所述油管夹持装置。夹紧油缸固定在支撑板上,所述油管夹持装置安装于驱动链条上,所述推板通过连杆活动连接于支撑板上,夹紧油缸的活塞压靠在所述推板一面,所述推板另一面压在所述油管夹持装置的夹持底座的滚动体上。当油管注入头工作时,推板压紧油管夹持装置,传动链条带动油管夹持装置将油管向前输送,滚动轴套在链条压板上滚动。
本油管注入头的有益效果是:由于采用本实用新型的油管夹持装置,不用润滑,使得油管注入头的维护更为方便,而且由于本夹持块的随动间隙大,可以在油管不是很直时,夹持块自动跟动,避免油管受伤或磨损,同时也延长了油管注入头的工作寿命,另外这种注入头在需要更换油管夹持装置时非常方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作详细说明:
如图1—图6所示:一种连续油管夹持装置,包括鞍型夹持块1及夹持块座4,所述鞍型夹持块1间隙固定于所述夹持块座4上,即鞍型夹持块1可以在夹持块座4上在沿所夹持油管的垂直方向,有一定的左右活动间隙。
所述夹持块座4包括销轴6及套装于所述销轴6上的陶瓷滚动轴套5,夹持块座4沿销轴6方向,设有用于与注入头链条相连接的两个通孔402,在夹持块座4的上部设有三道隔板406,在所述隔板406上设有用于安装销轴6的销轴孔401。
所述鞍型夹持块1的背部设有凹槽103,在凹槽103的侧壁设有三对钩块102;所述夹持块座4背面设有用于限定所述夹持块1位置的限位台405、螺栓孔404,两侧设有与所述夹持块1的钩块102对应的三对凸台403。夹持块1与夹持块座4通过所述的钩块102和凸台403相咬合,并通过夹持块座4背面的限位台405和螺栓孔404来限定夹持块1活动间隙,其浮动间隙可避免对所夹持油管造成损伤。
本实用新型还包括垫于所述夹持块1和所述夹持块座4之间的垫片2,所述垫片2上设有与所述夹持块座4的底部限位台405和固定丝孔404对应的槽201和孔202,该垫片可以是具有弹性的、耐磨的复合材料,如聚氨酯、耐磨橡胶等材料。
在销轴6的端部还设有轴用弹性挡圈3。
在鞍型夹持块1的圆弧上设有若干垂直于所夹持油管的沟槽101,使油管夹持更有力。
本实用新型还提供一种采用上述连续油管夹持装置的注入头。具体方案如下:
如图7所示:一种油管注入头,包括驱动链轮12、传动链条13、支撑板14、推板15、夹紧油缸16,所述支撑板14、夹紧油缸16、推板15等安装在所述驱动链条13所形成闭环的内部。其特点是:所述驱动链条13上连续安装有多组所述油管夹持装置11。支撑板14固定于注入头的机架上,夹紧油缸16固定在支撑板14上,所述油管夹持装置11通过通孔402安装于驱动链条13上,所述推板15通过活动连杆18连接于支撑板14上,本例中活动连杆的一端是关节轴承,连接于推板15上,另一端插入固定于支撑板14上的轴套19中,并且活动连杆18可以随推板15受力情况而在轴套19滑动。夹紧油缸16的油缸活塞17压靠在所述推板15一面,所述推板15另一面压在所述油管夹持装置11的夹持底座的滚动轴套5上。当油管注入头工作时,推板14压紧油管夹持装置11,驱动链轮12驱动传动链条13,并带动油管夹持装置11将油管向前输送,滚动轴套5在推板15上滚动,在两对面两个鞍型夹持块的作用下,油管向设定方向运动。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施方式,并不用以限制本实用新型,凡在本实用新型的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换等,均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。
Claims (8)
1.一种连续油管夹持装置,包括鞍型夹持块(1)及夹持块座(4),其特征在于:所述鞍型夹持块(1)固定于所述夹持块座(4)上,所述夹持块座(4)包括销轴(6)及套装于所述销轴上的滚动轴套(5),所述夹持块座(4)沿销轴(6)方向,设有用于与注入头链条相连接的两个通孔(402),所述夹持块座(4)的上部设有三道隔板(406),在所述隔板(406)上设有用于安装销轴(6)的销轴孔(401)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连续油管夹持装置,其特征在于:所述鞍型夹持块(1)的背部设有凹槽(103),在凹槽(103)的侧壁设有至少两对钩块(102),所述夹持块座(4)两侧设有与所述夹持块(1)的钩块(102)对应的凸台(403),背面设有用于限定所述夹持块(1)位置的限位台(405)、螺栓孔(404)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的连续油管夹持装置,其特征在于:所述鞍型夹持块(1)上的钩块(102)和所述夹持块座(4)上的凸台(403)分别设有三对。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的连续油管夹持装置,其特征在于:还包括垫于所述夹持块(1)和所述夹持块座(4)之间的垫片(2),所述垫片(2)上设有与所述夹持块座(4)的底部限位台和固定丝孔对应的槽(201)和孔(202)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的连续油管夹持装置,其特征在于:所述销轴(6)的端部还设有轴用弹性挡圈(7)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的连续油管夹持装置,其特征在于:所述鞍型夹持块(1)的圆弧上设有若干垂直于所夹持油管的沟槽(101)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的连续油管夹持装置,其特征在于:所述滚动轴套(5)是陶瓷轴套。
8.一种油管注入头,其特征在于:包括如权利要求1-7任一项所述的连续油管夹持装置。
