Abstract

一种节能型双燃反烧环保炊暖炉具,水循环燃煤型。炉台面和炉体是相通的双层水夹套,水夹套上下分别设有两孔连接取暖系统,炉台面上设有炉口用来加煤烧饭、炉体内并排设有炉膛、燃烧室、烟箱,燃烧室居中。炉膛与燃烧室之间有炉墙、炉墙上方和台面水夹套之间有火焰通道、燃烧室与烟箱间有耐火墙、墙下方有烟气通道,烟箱顶部有烟气出口。在燃烧室和耐火墙内有串水管与炉体水夹套相通,在炉膛的上口处设有助燃除尘器,使火焰燃烧充分、加速做饭时间、减少排尘量。炉体上设有除尘清灰口和炉箅子以便操作使用。

节能型双燃反烧环保炊暖炉
技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种水循环燃煤炉具,是一种节能环保炊暖多功能炉具。 
背景技术:现有炉具中存在炉膛温度低、燃烧不充分、排烟浓度高、浪费污染严重、烧饭供暖缓慢等技术问题。 
发明内容:提供一种燃烧充分、节能、环保、炊暖多功能炉具,克服现有技术的不足。 
本实用新型的技术方案,炉体四周及炉台面都是双层水夹套,上面设有出水口,下面设有回水口与取暖系统的水相通。炉体内部并排分成三个工作室,炉膛、燃烧室、烟箱,燃烧室居中。炉膛与燃烧室之间有耐火墙、墙上方有烟火通道、炉膛内的烟火由此通道进入燃烧室,进行二次燃烧。燃烧室与烟箱间有耐火墙、墙下方有烟气通道、燃烧室内的烟气通过此通道进入烟箱、烟箱内有烟气出口。燃烧室及耐火墙内有多层串水管与炉体水夹套相通,用来增加受热面积。炉台面上设有炉口用来烧饭添煤。炉膛口处与炉台面之间设有除尘助燃器,除尘助燃器为锥形,以大于炉口直径的圆圈为底座,上面均匀连接若干根立柱,各柱之间有一定空隙,为烟火通口,炉膛中烟火通过除尘助燃器空隙进入燃烧室,立柱用来降低烟火流速,使烟火中的煤焦油被充分燃烧。除尘助燃器使炉膛口处的烟火形成环形燃烧,控制火焰不能倒向烟气通道一侧。 
本实用新型的有益效果,煤在炉膛内燃烧、未燃尽的可燃成分进入燃烧室经过二次燃烧,降低了排烟浓度、实现了节能环保。燃烧室的火焰提高了炉膛的温度,消除了煤未完全燃烧热损失,实现了节能。因燃烧室的烟气通道设在下方,烟气向下流动,烟气中的灰尘自然下落,减少了排尘量实现环保。除尘助燃器降低了烟火流速,使煤燃烧充分,加快取暖做饭速度,减少灰尘排放实现节能环保。

具体实施方式:将煤从炉口(4)加入炉膛(5)内进行燃烧,未燃尽的可燃成分通过除尘助燃器(11)通道(3)进入燃烧室(10)进行二次燃烧,燃烧后的烟气通过烟气通道(15)进入烟箱(14),由烟气出口(16)排除炉体外。燃烧室(10)的二次燃烧,使煤燃烧充分,降低了排烟浓度,实现节煤环保。燃烧室(10)内的火焰提高了炉膛(5)的温度,促使炉膛(5)内的煤形成剧烈燃烧,消除了炉膛(5)内的煤因温度低而产生的固体热损失,实现了节煤效果。燃烧室(10)内的烟气通道设在下方,烟气向下流动,使烟气中的灰尘自然下落,减少了灰尘的排放,实现了环保效果。燃烧室内串水管(12)及炉墙内串水管(13)与水夹套(6)(7)相通,用来增加受热面积提高热效率。 
图2中立柱(27)降底了炉膛口(9)处烟火流速,使烟火中的煤焦油被充分燃烧,减少了污染,实现了环保。炉膛(5)内的烟火通过除尘助燃器空隙通口(28),进入燃烧室(10),除尘助燃器的设计使炉膛口(9)处的火焰形成环形燃烧,除尘助燃器加快了取暖做饭的速度,实现了功能完美。

1.节能型双燃反烧环保炊暖炉,炉台和炉体是相通的双层水夹套,炉台面上有加煤口,水夹套有出水口和回水口连接取暖系统,炉体上有清灰口,其特征是:炉体内部有炉膛、燃烧室、烟箱组成,炉膛与燃烧室之间有耐火墙,上方有火焰通道,燃烧室与烟箱间有耐火墙、下方有烟气通道,烟箱内有烟气出口,燃烧室及耐火墙内有串水管与炉体水夹套相通,炉膛口处有除尘助燃器。
2.根据权利要求1所述节能型双燃反烧环保炊暖炉,其特征是:炉膛口处设有除尘助燃器,以大于炉口直径的圆圈为底座,上面均匀连接若干根立柱,各柱间形成的空隙为烟火通口。
