在图1~3的实施例中,本实用新型全液压履带自走式生物有机肥翻抛机包括机架1、工作装置2、履带行走装置3、喷洒装置4、动力系统5、驾驶室6。机架1包括机身7、收料板8、收料油缸9、尾罩10、尾罩油缸11、油箱12,机身7采用全钣金件,降低了整机重量;钣金件上开有凸台和槽口,各钣金零件先通过凸台和槽口插接再进行焊接,简化了焊接工艺,提高了焊接精度;收料板8通过收料油缸9铰接在机身7的前部两侧下方,作业过程中收料板8将散落肥料向中间收拢,为履带行走清除障碍;作业临近完成时,收料板8向中间收拢,防止肥料向前飞溅;尾罩10通过尾罩油缸11铰接在机身7后部,作业时降落尾罩10,防止肥料飞溅;油箱12分成两部分,分别作为燃油箱和液压油箱,油箱12通过螺栓固定在机身7的上部后侧。工作装置2包括滚筒13、刀座Ⅰ14、刀座Ⅱ15、方刀16、耙齿刀17、左吊臂18、右吊臂19、滚筒马达20、滚筒油缸21,刀座Ⅰ整体呈近似螺旋状左右对称焊接在滚筒13表面,刀座Ⅰ各部分呈小角度折页形排列,减小了肥料粘附在刀座Ⅰ、滚筒13的表面;刀座Ⅱ在滚筒13中部圆周方向上均匀分布焊接,方刀16、耙齿刀17均用螺栓分别固定在刀座Ⅰ、刀座Ⅱ上,耙齿刀17的顶部成耙齿状,防止杂草等纤维状杂物缠绕在滚筒13上;滚筒马达20用螺栓固定在滚筒13右端内部,左吊臂18用螺栓固定在滚筒13左部轴承盖外部,右吊臂19用螺栓固定在滚筒马达20的连接盘上,左吊臂18、右吊臂19采用三角形钣金结构,减轻了重量,增大了强度;两组滚筒油缸21的活塞杆分别与左吊臂18、右吊臂19铰接,滚筒油缸21的缸头铰接在机架后部下方。履带行走装置3包括涨紧轮22、支重轮23、轮架24、行走轮25、行走减速机26、履带27,轮架24焊接在机架1的两侧下部,涨紧轮22、支重轮23、行走轮25用螺栓固定在轮架24上,行走减速机25用螺栓固定在行走轮25上,履带27套装在涨紧轮22、行走轮25上,行进速度无级可调,整机可实现原地转向,转弯半径小,履带装置增大地面附着力,适应复杂条件场地作业。喷洒装置4包括药箱28、喷头29、喷管30,药箱28用螺栓固定在油箱12上部,喷管30用螺栓固定在机架1前部,喷头29用螺栓固定在喷管30上。动力系统5包括发动机31、泵32、机罩33,泵32通过联轴器用螺栓固定在发动机31上,发动机31用螺栓固定在机架1上部右侧,发动机用两组网格机罩33罩住,两组机罩33分别铰接在机身7前后,减小作业时肥料飞尘对发动机的污染,机罩33采用四杆机构,可以从发动机31的中间向发动机31两侧对翻,便于安装维修。驾驶室6包括壳体34、座椅35、空调36、操纵手柄37、仪表盘38,座椅35固定在壳体34内后部中间位置,操纵手柄37固定在座椅35右侧,空调36固定在壳体34外顶部,仪表盘38用螺栓固定在驾驶室壳体34内部右侧,仪表盘38采用智能集成仪表监控系统,整机参数数字显示,直观精确,故障预警,非正常工况自动停机,有效保护各部件。In the embodiment shown in Figures 1 to 3, the utility model fully hydraulic crawler self-propelled bio-organic fertilizer turning and throwing machine includes a frame 1, a working
