本实用新型工作时:板式摘穗装置2将果穗摘下,摘下的果穗经升运器运至扒皮装置8,经扒皮装置去皮后,直接进入粮仓。摘穗的同时,高速旋转的切断刀20将玉米植株在无支承状态下快速切断。切断后的秸秆在惯性作用下被甩入搅龙壳体17,搅龙壳体17内的搅龙叶片30与切断刀20旋向相反,秸秆能顺利进入秸秆输送装置5。进入秸秆输送装置5的秸秆在喂入辊的作用下向后运输。在第一喂入辊15处设有浮动装置,当喂入量增大时,第一喂入辊15可以克服拉簧22的拉力上浮,增大喂入间隙,以便秸秆顺利喂入。喂入辊采用齿条式的辊型,可以增大对秸秆的夹持与输送能力。输送过程中,四个喂入辊的转速依次增大,秸秆在喂入辊的作用下顺利输送至秸秆切碎抛送装置6。输送至秸秆输送装置10出口的秸秆,在定刀与第四喂入辊11的夹持作用下,被高速旋转的动刀24切碎。切碎器在完成秸秆切碎工作的同时,依靠切碎器轴的高速旋转将秸秆通过直抛式的抛送筒26直接抛送出去。动力输入带轮和切碎轴间加入超越离合器,在动力输入停止后,切碎刀在惯性作用下继续运作,防止抛送筒26中遗留秸秆,堵塞切碎器。之后,抛送出去的秸秆被回收、青贮。这样,就完成了整个的秸秆回收工作。When the utility model is working: the plate-type fringe picking device 2 picks off the fruit ears, and the plucked fruit ears are transported to the
